We were traveling with a group of 5 (individual rooms) and stayed a week at this lovely and very welcoming hotel. The hosts, Philippe and Thierry (both speak a few languages) were very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was served in a wonderful space and was very plentiful. I was also delighted with the decor of the public areas. If I had one problem it would be that the bed mattress was too hard for my old bones, but Philippe helped me to remedy the problem as soon as I told him. I would certainly return to this hotel.

NOUS AVONS ETAIT TRES BIEN RECU,CHAMBRE TRES CONFORTABLE,PETIT DEJEUNER COPIEUX. NOUS REVIENDRONS CAR NOUS AVONS EU LES CHAMBRES DEMANDER POUR NOS AMIS ET NOUS MEME. NOUS AVONS MEME RECOMMENDER L'HOTEL A DES AMIS QUAND ILS SERONS DE PASSAGE.

De passage pour un court séjour dans la région, nous avons été séduit par le cadre et le charme de cet hôtel. Excellent accueil du propriétaire avec de très bons conseil que ce soit au niveau des restaurants que des activités aux alentours et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Chambre avec une bonne literie et propre. Petit déjeuner varié il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous recommandons à 100% l'hôtel Ursula. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Les Aveyronnais 😉

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans un cadre très élégant et reposant, avec des prestations hôtelières excellentes et un environnement propice aux belles découvertes de cette partie du pays basque en rayonnant tout autour de Cambo L'accueil des plus charmant est du au lieu mais aussi à son propriétaire chaleureux , d'une grande gentillesse, cherchant toujours à nous satisfaire , et prenant de son temps pour nous trouver les infos ou bonnes adresses espérées il est d'un grand professionnalisme due sûrement à une grande expérience et à un sens du contact ( et même de l'humour ) indéniable Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse si vos attentes correspondent à tout cela Nous espérons un jour y retourner encore MERCI

Très bon accueil , la literie impeccable , calme , bon petit déjeuner, la terrasse pour boire une petite bière avec une planche tout est parfait nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes et nous avons apprécié l'hotel rien a redire . Si nous revenons dans la région nous retiendrons dans cet hotel

Séjour très agréable au Bas Cambo à l'hôtel Ursula. Excellent accueil et discrétion du propriétaire. Chambre bien aménagée avec terrasse. Parking. Buffet au petit déjeuner avec choix de produits locaux de qualité. Tout était parfait. A recommander...

Très bon accueil, une équipe au service de leurs clients. A refaire mais avec le soleil. J’ai juste 2 commentaires pour améliorer le confort, faites réviser vos Clims réversibles, améliorer le calorifugeage de vos canalisations eau chaude sanitaire, il faut laisser couler l’eau 5mn le matin pour avoir de l’eau chaude. Sinon le reste était parfait Claude et Alain

chambre entierrement refaite a neuf. TOUT DE BON GOUT et fait dans un certain style que nous avons beaucoup apprécie. Surtout salle de bain. NOUVEAU Patron super accueillant et sympathique . RIEN NE CHANGE. petit dejeuner varié copieux et delicieux.
