Holiday Inn Express Cambridge West - Cambourne

Very spacious and clean room, nice toiletries in the bathroom, breakfast had a nice variety of options including a hot breakfast

I was so upset, as we arrived i was told that only 3 of us could stay, they said they don't have family rooms? Unfortunately, my husband had to go elsewhere and the hotel took a screen shot as my booking was clearly for 2 adults and 2 children this is the second time i have had issues whilst booking through trip.com, really upsetting and disappointing. Ruined our half term holiday as a family, not fair that this happened to us! We were separated as a family, the one day we were all supposed to spend the night together in Cambridge became a nightmare, i had to go to work in the morning and we lost £200 extra on taxi's and another room elsewhere. The hotel said it was trip, com's fault not theirs as their policy is not more than 3 in a room, horrible way to start the autumn break

Lovely big bright rooms with very comfy beds. Breakfast was good and staff were lovely. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing hotel, great staff and rooms are so clean and good size

Great location, lovely clean and friendly hotel with comfortable beds which enable a nice sleep after a long day. The breakfast selection is very good 10/10!
