The bed looked like it didn't change bed sheet at all, we found hair, dust, and dirty spots on it. The bathroom was just okay. But the staff was super nice and friendly, she immediately gave me a whole new bedsheet set so we could have a nice sleep.

We had fumes in our home needed to leave and find a place to get to safe and close to our home. Staff helped me out suppper nice . Granddaughter and i had fun there environment is family friendly. Great location. Price great too. We couldnt afford it but no choice couldnt stay in our home. The shower was the best

Had my entire family woken at 2:30AM up by a large party in the next room (10-12 individuals) yelling, swearing and singing for over 2 hours.

Overall it was a good stay. I thought the sound proofing was better than most. The breakfast was very basic and barely edible as far as quality. The pancake machine was out of order, they ran out of orange juice before 9, and there was no coffee for nearly a half an hour, leading to an upset guest having a temper tantrum. We decided to go out for food instead because the breakfast was so poor. Everything else was very satisfactory.

None of the trash cans were empty. Rooms are not cleanly. And breakfast was closed cold at eight a m

We just needed a place to sleep for one night so it was fine, but the decor is like an elementary school classroom. Breakfast was decent although the tables were not very clean, probably because of all the kids running around. No ambience whatsoever, the view out the window was the side of Costco.

The desk attendant was not doing anything upon our arrival yet he still couldn't smile or great us. He processed our room and got us our keys without really speaking. In the morning there was a different person working. Very friendly and bubbly, however there was No coffee, no orange juice and no milk. The nice lady at the desk then had no clue what to do. She hadn't told the manager and no one was driving the 2 miles up the road to the grocery store to get a few gallons of milk and OJ and coffee. Very disappointing.

Terrible check in experience. Been told the system is down, wait outside with luggage for a hour and have to leave eventually because they “are working on it and don’t know how long it’s going to take”.

Hotel staff did nothing to control. Kids running through the hotel for 2 days. Many many kids. Yes, I hold the parents responsible as well but the hotel needs to step up and take care of their other guests. Couldn't get a bite to eat kids everywhere. Hands all over everything. Rooms are very uncomfortable. All they give you is some sort of a roller desk chair that looks like something out of the Jetsons that you cannot sit in for more than 30 minutes to watch TV. I will not be going back after this stay.
