had a great stay besides at checkout when they didn’t honor my late checkout and i was bothered by 2 employees back to back. will definitely stay here again if i ever need to

Horribly congested and sparse room. You could hear nearly everything from other rooms. Beds were fitted with extremely light and cheap “comforters.”

Our door to our room was open when we checked in...our room keys didn't work either. Our bathroom was not cleaned and still had the previous occupants garbage in it. We arrived around 11pm and check in was rough. Computers were off and front desk seemed annoyed.

Great hotel for families. Lots of games available as well as an indoor court for basketball, floor hockey etc. Decor and lobby furnishings are very appealing for the kids

Unattended front desk; wait. The door to our hotel room was open when we arrived. Otherwise, fine.

Shower water pressure ******. Looks like there is some flood damage to the floor in the walkway to the main room. Everything else was great

Great Location. Walkable to may restraints/bars/activities. Hotel has a lot of “games” for kids. Rooms small, but functional and clean
