I always stay in the Springhill Suites in Roanoke and had to go to the doctor in Lynchburg so decided to stay at this one. It was nice but not as big as the one in Roanoke but does have Netflix

Customer service was great but there was a cockroach in the room... Kind of grossed me out. They handled it well.

We loved the convenience to Liberty University. Every staff person was kind and friendly and we absolutely loved the fresh citrus water available every day.

Good stay except air conditioner very noisy. Thank goodness colder night so I could turn it off. Breakfast okay but not great

I stayed in a nice large suite with my 4 children. There was plenty of room for everyone, and breakfast was clutch. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I'm sure we'll stay here again on our trips through Virginia.

Beds were really comfy but the hotel is dated. Perfectly fine for one night.

There was an odor in the room that permeated everything, it was even carried out in my luggage after one night. It seemed a combination of mold and cleaning solution, horrible!
