Premier Inn Milton Keynes (Willen Lake)

With Premier Inn, I know what I’m getting and they never let me down. I had a family room (inc. 2 children on trip). Everything was as expected. Parking was freely available on site, check-in, room cleanliness and standard etc… all as expected. The cost for what you get can’t be beaten. Location was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Gulliver's, the lakeside activities.10mins drive max to Snowzone and all that surrounds. Breakfast on offer always a winner and always a highlight of the stay (no need to eat again after having breakfast here). Fully recommend staying at Premier Inn.

Room was nice, friendly staff but had to pay parking albeit discounted. Self checking machines not working. Unable to book table for dinner on arrival. No prior warnings or options so cost more to go out.

First time staying at a Premier Inn. We were stopping overnight and this certainly served its purpose. Staff friendly at check in. Didn't realise we had to pay for parking which is discounted but if staying more than one night, it might tot up. Room was as you would expect. Clean to some degree had to request cleaner to come up as visible steaks on loo. The lady who turned up to do this was obviously not best pleased she had to come up. Not sure rooms and hallways are vacuumed regularly as our carpet has bits. It might seem pedantic to some but makes sense to hoover after every customer? Rooms not well sound proofed, as you can hear thuds from floor above. Bed was comfy and clean. Couldn't fault the breakfast, kids absolutely enjoyed it. Would I stay again, not sure. For the price we paid I really can't complain however I am stickler for clean .

Definitely recommend this hotel. The best Premier Inn I have stayed in. It was nice & modern (3 years old), clean, reasonably priced, staff were very kind & welcoming too. The Hotel itself is perfectly situated on a beautiful lake with lots of activities, next door to Gulliver’s Land & a 15 minute drive to Woburn Safari Park, both of which we experienced on our stay with our 5 year old, & highly recommend too. Overall great value for money & we would most definitely stay again as a couple & experience more of what the lake itself has to offer 💯🏨✔️🥰

Deputy manager was aggressive and started shouting in my face whilst I was trying to check in. Refused to give me her name for customer feedback, stating it was ‘GDPR’ so wasn’t allowed to give me even her first name. Felt incredibly uncomfortable the entire stay. Shame as I’ve stayed here 4 times in the last 10 months without issue. But can safely say I’ll never return!

Very comfortable stay at Willen Lake Premier Inn. Staff welcoming on arrival with very swift check in. Comfy room and the most amazing breakfast next door at the Brewers Fayre - massive selection and variety - you will not go hungry!

Enjoyed the lake and had a very good rest while working remotely .Foods delicious , staff's friendly and kind . Excellent customer service .

Slightly below standard Premier compared to others I have used in the past. t is possible that rooms and beds have shrunk since I last used a Premier Inn a few years ago, as this is a new building so that is not the reason. In the past I have been very impressed, this time I was slightly disappointed. It was clean and cheerful enough, but pillows and towels were hard, generally more basic than I remember. I also hate windows that don't open, so did not sleep well, but that is probably a not a factor for everyone.

We had a great stay here for our wedding anniversary. Premier Inn is always our first choice, due to great price and locations. Friendly, helpful staff, fabulously clean, lovely quiet area, and generally just a no frills relaxing stay.
