We stayed only one night but it was very warmhearted experience. The room was clean and organized. Their staffs were kind and polite. Their caffe time and breakfast were great quality. It was little bit far from Capivari downtown but it was completely quiet and spent a relaxing time inside here. We enjoyed so much our holiday.

Todos foram muito atenciosos, a cama é maravilhosa, muito conforto em cada detalhe oferecido pela equipe do L.A.H. Café da manhã muito gostoso, o ambiente é super agradável, além da vista maravilhosa presente tanto nos ambientes comuns como na varanda dos quartos.

Hotel nota 1000, tudo muito impecável! Café da manhã , atendimento de funcionários, localização, quarto luxuoso e organizado. Eles deixam docinhos após arrumação do quarto. Muito mimos e preocupação com o hóspede. Esse é um dos motivos da minha nota. Super recomendo o local.

Acolhimento, sofisticação, conforto. Enxoval impecável , hotel boutique, atendimento personalizado. Café da manhã delicioso e um cardápio de almoço e jantar excelentes , sempre atenciosos e prontos a nos agradar. Vista incrível, uma piscina aquecida maravilhosa. Esperamos voltar muitas vezes

Uma experiência memorável desde o pré atendimento. Equipe super dedicada e atenciosa, quartos amplos e super limpos. Café da manhã e chá da tarde( um primor) tudo de excelente qualidade e variedade. Eu que tenho restrição alimentar até nisso eles pensaram e me ofereceram não só um tipo de bolo, mas dois de sabores diferentes ..observem que cuidado eles têm com os hospedes. O ambiente é muito aconchegante e acolhedor. Fomos comemorar nossos 35 anos de casados e digo com todas as letras, o atendimento ficou muito acima de nossas expectativas . Muito obrigado a toda equipe L.A.H por toda atenção a nós dispensa num momento tão importante e especial para nós. A dona Adriana está de parabéns em ter a seu lado uma equipe tão maravilhosa( Bruno, Leandro, Daniel, Lucas e o rapaz da madrugada com o qual não tive muito contato então me perdoe por não lembrar seu nome). É um "hotel boutique" bem exclusivo ( apenas 9 quartos). Isso faz que com que a experiência seja "única". O atendimento é muito bom, com uma equipe muito preparada e gentil. As instalações são ótimas e o quarto é bem grande e confortável. A Localização é privilegiada. Bem perto do "centro do Capivari", mas suficientemente afastada para ter tranquilidade. O café da manhã é muito bom. A área da piscina+ jardim é muito boa também. Imagine hospedar-se em uma casa de luxo...essa é a sensação.
