BG Tonga Tower

Big nice and clean rooms with excellent view over the ocean, city and mountains. Live music every night. Free parking. Large selection of food. Dinner and afternoon food very good. Breakfast with a large selection too, but could be better. If breakfast was better I would rate 10.

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

The place was absolutely fabulous and clean. Entertainment for kids and adults were great, just a walking distance to the beach and town. I would stay there again. The food was also very very good.

就在海灘對面，白天 check in 的時候車位真難找啊，酒店有自己獨立的停車位，不過 10 歐一晚，不建議，因為晚上車位很多，可以下午 check in 後去 palma 市中心玩+吃飯，晚上回來門口停車位很多找一個靠近酒店的，酒店服務早餐各方面都不錯

Todo perfecto, limpieza, servicio, habitaciones… fuimos de viaje en pareja y es espectacular. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

If you’re looking for a black womans review & experience here is is. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff are friendly and service is amazing. The breakfast is actually pretty good with loads of variety. Balcony has a nice view and kept quite clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only downside I will mention is the lifts can take a while to come as It has many floors. But other than that excellent stay & I will be returning. :)

Despite visiting this hotel on many occasions over the past 7/8 years and writing reviews … I believe that an up to date feedback review is always useful to anyone looking to choose a holiday. This multilingual hotel offers a great welcome, to all guests of many nationalities, from the outset of entering Reception. Their guest Customer Service at the main reception, is 24/7 and very well managed indeed. Everyone provides a great level of exceptional professionalism, efficiency, helpfulness and friendliness…Always a smooth and hassle free process. Nothing is ever a problem! All of the rooms I have ever stayed in have been very impeccably clean, fresh, spacious and comfortable. They have also had great views from the balcony - be it … sea views of the Bay of Alcudia, or mountains, or both. The hotel is situated in a great location - 10 mins walk to the beach. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants are in very close proximity too. The local bus stops are a few minutes walk. The bus service is very regular and is a great way to visit and explore other parts of island. The main restaurant is bright, immaculate and offers a range of great food. The staff work hard to ensure that the foods are always replenished and presented to a high standard, at all services. There is always a variety of food choices to cater for all. If you have any specific dietary needs, can be spoken with the chef/restaurant staff. During my visits, the management are visibly and reassuringly around, checking hotel areas, restaurants, facilities and activities throughout, to ensure that high standards are maintained. There are many different, great pool areas to enjoy, aside the main pool - together with having a secure children’s pool and a roof top spa jacuzzi pool on the roof bar (18+) There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols and have always been able to relax on one, whatever time of the day. There is also a lovely air conditioned onsite gym, sauna and small indoor spa pool. Given the hotel’s location, there are also many nice long walks to take along the beautiful beaches, to neighbouring resorts. There are optional day time activities, (led by the Sports Animation Team), to participate in - with a comprehensive timetable of all times/activities shown on the outside of the Sports Hut. (Archery, Zumba, cycling, football and more) The multilingual, friendly Animation Team also provide night entertainment a couple of times a week, with their in-house shows! These are always well received by the guests and make for a good night. I watched one last weekend and a packed audience. On the other nights, there are either external cover artist singers, acrobats, magicians etc. The nightly entertainments board is situated nearby the lounge bar and the fortnightly programme is rotated. We stayed with 6 year old daughter and parents. Had private taxi transfer with jet 2. Our room had separate bedroom and sofa bed .very modern decor.cleaned regularly. Pools where good temperature. Food was amazing chef was excellent. Nice walk to the beach 10min .would return

Just back from a week at Tonga Towers and what a great experience it was. From arrival, friendly and quick check in. Room as seen in pics clean fresh and ample big enough. Food choices for all inclusive always plenty, changing menu, great personal service from Carlos in Restaurant, table service for drinks, all friendly staff and only seem to have one speed, fast!! Quiet time of year pre season and mostly a cyclist hotel, whom all leave after breakfast leaving a very quiet pools area, bar and terrace area. Couldn’t fault this holiday on any level, and for me this could be daily be a 5* hotel. I’ll be back for sure. If you find fault then I’m unsure what you could have faulted.
