Hotel Sultán

Are there nicer looking hotels in Can Picafort? Probably but we found the Hotel Sultan to be a wee gem. Amazing value for money, staff friendly and left you to get on with your holiday. If asked they were more than happy to provide recommendations or offer advice. Rooms were a bit tired and in need of redecorating but again for the price I couldn’t ask for more. Great pool area, which was a welcome retreat after a hot day. Breakfast was fine, nice selection of meats, cheeses, pastries and cereals. There are a number of signs asking you not to take food away from dining room but they also say that if you want to do this then just ask a member of staff. Location was amazing…less than 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Parking on the street was fine, always managed to get a spot less than a few minutes away. Overall was a great experience and we would return

just got back home from our 5 day stay here firstly i want to say the staff are not rude at all and are the kindest people ever. we also did get fresh towels and toilet roll without asking and the cleaner always made sure our room was tidy.the pool was always quiet but it was sooo calming i fell asleep 🤣breakfast was good too had a selection of fruit and eggs/toast/pastries and the breakfast staff would always make sure they’re refilled if there looking low.i also asked for free wifi which they gave to me and it worked perfectly even in my room.so overall i have to say for what we paid i’m very happy with my stay here

The hotel is nice, room was nice, bathroom clean although only half a toilet roll and no more put in through 4 night stay. No clean towels during stay until day 3,pool green dirty, breakfast average.

The WIFI is only at the reception area not in the room so don't misslead yourself when you checking the hotel facilities. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks with a broken shower pipe in a room. I've report that issue but have been ignored. The brakfast is ok but was not able to take away anything. Kitchen and management has been watching people how much they eat and returning you back if you take a food away from The restaurant. This is rediculous, I was not able to take a Small sandwich away. The check out is before 10 am which is not comfortable especially if you still wish to have your last brakfast. I do not recommend this hotel. Thight about Money and ignoring !

The hotel staff was very friendly and they were all speaking English. 24 h reception was great, as our flight was late and we arrived at 3am. Late bar( drinks &snacks) available. The continental breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very clean and our room had sea view. Cons: I would say they provided toiletries on arrival only. Would definitely recommend.

(05.07.2023)I really hope that everyone who plans to come here to see that! The cleaning ladies stole a lot of money from us straight out of our wallet!!!!! We were not in our room for 2 hours, we returned back and our money disappeared!!! Nobody takes the responsibility! Please think twice if you want to come and stay in this hotel!! You won't be able to find your rights here.

Great hotel situated very close to the beach, people who run the hotel were extremely nice and helpful, you really feel welcomed there. Rooms, bar, outside and swimming pool area very clean and tidy. Great coffee and beer at the bar - very cheap as well. I would recommend it to everyone!

Very good price, great location! Cozy hotel, clean pool, wonderful beach just 1 minute away. Breakfast, rooms are not big, cleaned daily, spacious balcony. Excellent Wi-fi connection, friendly staff. We recomend !

We stayed for 3 nights in the Hotel Sultan, on arrival in the early hours due to flight delays etc we were greeted by the very friendly and welcoming Veronica at the reception who went through all the details we needed, She even opened the bar for us to have a nightcap. The rooms are basic but clean, the rooms have air conditioning which works pretty well. It also has a fridge, which you have to pay a daily charge for a key to use (3euros). Its a B and B hotel and as you`d expect its continental breakfast which is Ok if you like that sort of breakfast. All the staff were friendly enough and helped with any questions we had. The pool area is clean and tidy, although if you want a sunbed you have to be up early to get one. All in all a decent Hotel, we were glad we booked it last minute.
