A estrutura do hotel e muito boa, mas o atendimento no check-in foi um pouco confuso, principalmente no momento de escolhermos o quarto. Faltou um pouco de comunicação entre a recepção e a equipa de camareiros. A segunda piscina é um pouco profunda (1,90m), mas piscina principal é bem bonita e agradável.
Os preços do bar e do restaurante são bem compatíveis para as porções servidas, com um bom atendimento dos garçons.

Pousada，農家樂類型，房間裏的淋浴噴頭比較差，洗澡不舒服，整個小城裡算比較好的了。

Great stay. Staff is very friendly and let me have an earlier breakfast because had to leave very early in the morning. Pool area is relaxing and the property is quiet. Would stay again.

This was probably the worst check in in my whole trip, the receptionist sent us to the most remote room in the property with a view of the laundry lines and called it a garden view, WE WERE THE ONLY GUESTS AT THE TIME mischarged for the extras. I had to get visibly upset for the room to be changed.

Boa estrutura no geral. No estacionamento falta teto para melhor proteção dos veículos pela chuva, sol e maresia.

Tiveram problemas de falta de energia durante o dia 1 de janeiro quase que por 12h....e no dia 2 de janeiro também...em que foram quase 12h também...o hotel deveria ter um gerador para essas ocasiões

Muito boa. As instalações são muito boas. Quarto amplo, porém escuro. A tv não tem muitas opções e as imagens são ruins. Os funcionários são super atenciosos. O café da manhã é excelente. A localização tb é ótima. Gostei muito, em outra estadia em Canoa Quebrada me hospedo no Long BEACH novamente

Hotel muito lindo, limpo, organizado, bem localizado, atendimento dos colaboradores excelente. Apenas o peixe que pedimos no almoço não estava gostoso. E o cuscuz servido no primeiro dia estava um pouco duro. No mais tudo ótimo. A psicina é maravilhosa.
