The staff was awesome. The lobby and halls are obviously being remodeled but my room was great and the staff was too. Enjoyed my stay

Ben, the front desk clerk was efficient and friendly.
Property is undergoing renovations so is a bit messy.
Room had already been renovated and was nice.

Too noisy .
Both nights heard everything from people next door.
Even the exhaust fan in the bathroom was loud!!

Our 1 nite stay while in town was very good except that I was really looking forward to the Hottub after a 8 hr drive in the car but it wasn’t in use.
The bed was good, breakfast good but crowded with the remodel going on.
I really appreciated that the staff found & bagged an item of mine that I accidentally left in the room- and I was able to pick it up when we drove back through town. That was great costumer service! We will stay again while in town.😊

The property is remodeling so it is going to have some not so clean areas. Great staff!

Love the renovations including walk in shower. Water pressure was amazing! Lots of room in the room. Staff cleaned our room everyday even though we were staying for 5 nights. Good hot breakfast. Very impressed!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was close to restaurants. Room was quiet and clean. The only negative was only one elevator and it needs maintenance. It made a loud noise while operating and the carpet in it needs to be replaced.
