Hotel Simbad真的很棒！酒店前台和house keeping都非常nice！關鍵是在陽台就能欣賞美美的大海景，太棒了！

Prima hotel! Heerlijke ligging en genoeg faciliteiten in de omgeving. Schoon en netjes.

Well situated hotel with views over the bay and upto Ibiza town. 40 min walk to the town itself. Hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool by the sea was great. Gym are reasonably well equipped. Had Buffett evening meal in the restaurant which offered lots of choice and good value for money. Good walking out of Ibiza along the coast. Would go back again as a solo female traveller to this hotel. Quiet sat on the restaurant/ bar balcony watching the world go by and enjoying the far off lights of Ibiza town.

We found cockroaches in our room, definitely cleaning isn’t a priority. Also, requested 1hr late check out but wasn’t approved

Stayed at Simbad for a long weekend in a single room. The room itself was ok and clean, however the aircon is poor and limited so takes a long time to cool the room down. The Wi-Fi in the rooms and hotel in general is really poor, kept disconnecting and very slow. For the cost which was over £200 per night you would expect these basics to work seamlessly but they didn’t. On the plus side the staff were very nice and they weren’t banging on my door at check out time.

Hotel exceeded our expectations, lovely and clean, really super friendly helpful staff. Bar and restaurant prices very reasonable. Buffet Sunday lunch really good and excellent value, great for fuelling up for a night partying :) Very easy walk into Ibiza Town. We would stay here again.

Arrival and check in ok Went to room, no soap in either dispenser and one broken. Informed reception who said they’d sort asap. Next morning still not done. Also a condom was stuck on the smoke detector, told reception twice and again on check out, was never removed or cleaned. The spa had no control over it and where you would normally expect a bit of peace and quiet was full of noisy splashing kids, left alone whilst parents were in the sauna. Water pressure in shower also bad and temperature kept changing on its own, from freezing cold to scolding hot.

The hotel itself is nice. The staff are friendly and the food (breakfast) was generally good. We did have a lunch once but the youngest child’s pizza took over an hour to arrive, despite several enquiries to its whereabouts? The hotel I have scored a 3 which is more down to the business practice of the hotel. We arrived late on night 1 and thought we’d paid for a sea view room. Realising we hadn’t (our fault) I asked to upgrade, the hotel could accommodate this and wanted €50 per night. Fine and acceptable but considering we were there really late the first night a bit of flexibility on reducing the first night rate would have been a nice thing to do. At the end of the trip I was advised to call by reception on the last day to ask about a late check out. I was advised they could offer me until 2pm for free or €15 per hour for extra hours after 2pm. I wanted to vacate at 6pm. On the last day a different staff member told me that I can have the room for free until 2pm but if I wanted it longer id have to pay from 12pm?! Doesn’t seem right if they are willing to give it for free until 2pm and considering another staff member had advised differently! I was also told the sea view room was not available at all to extend. Fortunately we had 2 rooms so I paid the hotel another €90 to keep the none sea view room. In summary, nice hotel and would have rated it higher if they did not make me feel like there were just wanting to maximise the money they could take from me. 🙁

We stayed at this hotel for one night, it was arranged at short notice when our flight was cancelled. On arrival we thought we had been incredibly lucky to land in this beautiful place. It smells amazing and it looks fantastic, but then we encountered the staff and things went downhill. The reception staff member who checked us in appeared to have no empathy for our situation and was not particularly helpful or kind to us. We went to our room, it was spotless and very comfortable. The view was stunning. We showered and quickly changed for dinner and went to the dining room. The lady there was helpful and showed me the dishes I could eat as I have a shellfish allergy. There was a man working in the dining room who did not appear happy we were there, and switched off the heat lamps whilst we were still eating from the buffet despite us being there before the end of service. He was quite rude to us, and we heard the next day he was awful to others who had to stay here from the same flight as us. The following day at breakfast was very similar. We felt quite unwelcome at this hotel and heard staff calling us the "cancelled flight people" and treating us like second class citizens. The views outside are impressive, we took a lovely walk. The common areas and the room we stayed in were really nice, the only thing stopping me from recommending this place to anyone, ever would be the staff with the exception of the lady who worked the night we arrived, and everyone we encountered at the bar. These people were perfectly pleasant and welcoming, and their colleagues would do well to learn from them to avoid more reviews like this in the future.
