第一次來開普敦旅遊，情況不明，所以6月28、29、30日連住了三晚，如果去好望角遊玩，可以住在附近的西蒙鎮，無須在開普敦下榻。酒店是一座別墅式建築，房間和公共區域小巧玲瓏，房間不多，房間也不大，傢俱是家庭式的，餐廳有四、五張桌子，估計房間數量也就這麼多。有三個停車位，如果有第四輛住客的車，不知停哪兒？房間有wifi，儘管信號不太強。旅館距商業街一條橫馬路，逛街、吃飯，去酒吧都比較便捷。酒店離海邊也不遠，吃晚飯前去海邊散步 看看大海夕陽、看看信號山的夕陽餘暉不錯。

The room I booked was great, just like the pics showed, very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing yummy, the decor very nice and makes you feels good and cozy. The attention very friendly, warm and nice in every moment. Totally recommend ♥️

A great traditional and old style property which is well kept. V&A Waterfront is easily accessible by uber taxi (10 min) drive. The staff are great, and the local area is pleasant. Chelsea was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Thank you so much Chelsea & the Villa Rosa team

Our stay at the Villa Rosa was fabulous. The rooms were large and very comfortable . The location in Sea Point was great with everything within walking distance. Breakfast was lovely and also varied. However what really made our stay was the fantastic service from Chelsea who was the perfect host. She went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble. She was informative and very helpful advising on places to go and things to do as this was our first time in Cape Town. I would definitely stay at the Villa Rosa again if I returned to Cape Town and would unreservedly recommend it to anyone wanting a lovely stay in a good area with great service !

A charming mini-hotel with a homely atmosphere and very hospitable and friendly staff. Excellent location within a 3-minute walk of the sea coast, Woolworth grocery store, and a wonderful seafood restaurant. The embankment is good for jogging or walking. Free parking near the hotel. There is a police guard nearby on this street. Safe area. The Standard room is not large but cozy. Nice breakfasts with the proper (thanks!!) oatmeal for breakfast, as well as very tasty omelets. It is a very atmospheric and comfortable hotel. Hope to come back one day. Thank you very much!

Easy check in, friendly staff, comfortable room with all the necessary. Excellent location, nice restaurants and beach within walking distance, delicious breakfast. Will definetely be back.

We had a great stay at Villa Rosa and the place is definitely value for money. Excellent Service by Steven and his team. Bed, Linen etc very clean and comfortable. We were in a downstairs room and as old buildings have it, we could hear upstairs guest walking etc, so no sleeping in.
