5/5 fantastic apartment with fabulous views. On floor 27 you have a lovely pool with Table Mountain laid out in front of you. Everything was spotless and apartment was well equipped. Security at the building was 1st class and we felt very safe at all times. We did take Uber everywhere as walking was really an option except for restaurants close.

Modern and well-equipped apartment in a central location. Equipped with both washing machine and dishwasher. View of Table Mountain from the balcony and access to the pool on the nice roof terrace. Parking space in garage included. We lived on the 20th floor and sometimes you had to wait a while for the elevator. But who's in a hurry when you're on holiday!

30th Floor, overlooking Cape Town and Table Mountain, what's not to like? A super modern, clean apartment with stunning views. The building is super secure with face recognition entry and the security staff are very helpful during check-in. Marius' team were super helpful whenever we had any questions. Location is also very central easy to catch ubers anywhere you need to go. You cannot go wrong with staying here!

We received an email asking what time we will be arriving and told them our flight lands at 11:15. I received no response. Due to traffic we arrived at 13:30 and Mr S Ndlovu was very helpful with our checking on the system. A lady by the name of Jackie had an exceptionally bad attitude and made us wait until everyone else had checked in and was taken to there rooms before she was prepared to give us our key to go to our room at 15:10. Spiteful to the extreme!!! Even although we checked in first we were made to wait until the last!! After traveling locally and overseas numerous times this year, this was the worse experience we’ve had!! Shocking!!!

The apartments are lovely with beautiful views. It is however a very unsafe area. We were warned by many people to not walk around after the sun is down. There is security with facial recognition but the guards let people in every time we were in the lobby and did not use the facial recognition (they let them in a side gate they would open). It seems to be a hot spot for affluent young locals sporting a lot of jewelry, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and other high-end brands. Seems to be party-central for them. While we had no issues, we would not choose to stay here again.

Not suitable for Business travel Pros Great location Good quality finish Attentive service No load shedding Cons It’s really a bedroom with a very small kitchen. So not an apartment Only place to sit was on bed or a low soft chair on floor. No table to work or eat at No local TV Not good for anything but a short stay

Stayed for 3 nights. Cozy Studio with a very nice view of the stadium, Signal Hill and the V&A Waterfront. Super view of Sunset. Location wise was perfect as I was looking to be in downtown area - Bree St has several happening places, and not far from the Waterfront as in a short 10 min ride. Room comfy, clean, nice bed , many mirrors ;-). It was cold so not had chance to use the pool - however look nice with good view. For Access you need to go through a registration to get your facial recognition (which didn’t work during our stay), however can say the Check in was relatively smooth. All in all, location and cost wise very good place !

Stay away from this place, even though the building is only few years old, everything is broken, rooms are very used and cockroaches, spiders anf even rats are running in facilities. The neighborhood is also not the safest. Very very disappointing experience!
