My third stay at the Tulbagh Mountain Manor, not my last.
The view is spectatcular, the acomadation grand and the welcome real.

We had the pleasure of staying for three nights, and every moment was infused with serenity and beauty. The setting is a dream—surrounded by majestic peaks, lush greenery, and a stillness that instantly soothes the soul. The peaceful ambiance is a true antidote to the rush of everyday life, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the natural splendor. The service was impeccable, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. The team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast each morning was a highlight—deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients and served with warmth and care. Tulbagh Mountain Manor is more than just a getaway; it's a sanctuary where nature and hospitality come together in perfect harmony. We cannot wait to return to this slice of paradise. Highly recommended for anyone seeking rest, rejuvenation, and a connection with nature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at lavender cottage at tulbagh mountain manor.A stunning location in the mountains. Mirna is a fantastic host and katrina's breakfasts is amazing. Will highly recommend staying here. Sharon and Gordon

What an excellent venue and location. Great views over the valley and the hostess could not do enough to make our stay as comfortable and happy as possible. The rooms were excellent and the food was delicious. Our hostess even got up at 5am to serve us a full breakfast before the start of our event - High recommended !

What a stunning place! From driving in through the pear trees to arriving to the gorgeous grounds and spacious and comfortable accommodation, everything was perfect for us. Breakfast and the pool were other highlights. Mirna was the most wonderful host, so genuine and warm and full of great advice for the area and life in general! We will be back for sure.

As a family of 3, my daughter had a blast spending most of our time in the pool which is certainly the attraction at this location. We stayed for 2 nights in the self catering side of the manor which is separate to the main house but still close enough to walk to breakfast/pool/grounds. The host and her team are welcoming and friendly. The cottage itself however is in desperate need of some TLC. Three broken cupboard doors in kitchen (which seems to be a trend if you read the other reviews), a "decor" jug that seems to be housing some of natures finest insects and a rug in one room crying for a good scrub. Perhaps this was due to the long holidays and back to back bookings in the cottage. Overall we would return just for the views but will be more prepared ;-)

We had a wonderful two day stay at Tulbach Mountain Manor. The host is very helpful with suggestions for local attractions and our room was wonderful. The breakfasts were perfectly fine and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The view was an Amazing one. You look out on to orchards. And dams it was awesome. The staff is very friendly and the owner was a beautiful person. The people there are a family. But if you want to restore your energy and get some peace and quiet this is the place. Thank you guys at Tulbagh mountain manor you are very welcoming people. Lots of love Joan

What a beautiful setting and the views were amazing. We stayed in Lavendar Cottage and found it to be very comfortable accept for the aircon that was not working (which was a bit unpleasant after a very hot day and the cottage being quiet stuffy inside) and no fan to even help move the air around. The other amenities is amazing with a great sized swimming pool and lapa where we mingled with the other couples that was staying for the weekend. Would definitely return for another stay!
