Fab place, people, food & great nights sleep. Couldn’t fault our stay of 2 nights at all. The staff are very helpful and go above & beyond to make you feel at home and enjoy your stay. Would love to visit again, everything on your doorstep. Thanks very much :)

The place was virtually empty and there was no a**osphere. The club sandwich took ages to arrive and when it did I had to wait for mine to arrive so my husband had almost finished his. Would hate to think how long we’d have to wait if they were busy. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning

We had a very warm welcome on entering. Bethan on reception was so lovely funny helpful. She told us where to go and booked us in for dinner. She was so personable. If I owned a hotel I would be stealing her away what a great asset she is. The hotel it self is warm & friendly bedroom was tired & could do with a make over. Location is great. We will definitely go back Thank you x

This hotel is very well placed for Zipworld and a good base for visiting different parts of North Wales. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There is road noise as to be expected. The hotel itself is in need of some refurbishment especially the bathrooms. Meals were very good.

The food was fantastic and we will definitely be going again Just a few thing that would have made this a excellent review 1 The car park needs to display a sign that you don't have to pay to park if your eating only found out its free parking after we paid and went in 2 When you phone to pre book a table they need to remember to reserve one for when you get there luckily there was still room 3 Commuincate between kitchen and front of house on what's still avaliable before you place an order- took me 3 attempts to order my main and ended up with a starter and side of chips. Ordered the steak and ale pie of menu only to be told after not available to pick something else. Ordered from the special board bacon and leek pie only to be told sold out as no pastry left. Maybe this should have been taken off the special board when no streak and ale left. Staff were really apologetic but had to remind the for refund on the difference on the original meals ordered and what we eventually got. A gesture of good will wouldn't have gone a miss as staff over compensated with apologies. This is by no means a negative review as the food was amazing just some direction on front of house

Very helpful staff nothing is too much of a problem. We had a small room but very compact with everything you need within it. We were going to eat out each evening but the food was so good and reasonable we stayed in. They have a car park run under private ownership which is free to residents but only if you have registered your car, forget and it will cost you £18 per day.

Had a very enjoyable stay in this perfectly positioned hotel for access to Snowdonia. Beds were comfortable, and the food was excellent with a varied menu. The staff were wonderful, they were so friendly and efficient. First time there and will definitely be going back!

Pleasant Inn and ideal base for our Snowdonia Adventures. we were warmly greeted by staff. Standard pub grub for dinner (Steak & Ale Pie). Nice pint. Clean & tidy room with great view. Comfy bed. Hearty breakfast. Many Thanks. First day scrambled up Tryfan! Second day explored Capel Curig just outside Inn!

Excellent stay even though the renovations were clearly not quite finished but Bethan, the manger made sure we were well looked after in challenging circumstance. The staff were excellent, Tanya & Ella and Tomos at breakfast. Good food, great staff and a well deserved 5 stars. Thank you for your hospitality.
