Gorgeous rooms all different. Excellent shower, good bed, good size room - all lovely. Our hosts were also super friendly and knowledgeable about the village and the area. They also took our bags to our rooms which is unheard of!! Would definitely stay here again. See other review on the restaurant.

We had a happy family stay with Gerard. An attractive and spacious bedroom, an excellent home-cooked dinner and, by agreement of us all, the best yoghurt we had ever tasted. Carennac is well worth a visit - a delightful village on the Dordogne.

The Village and the auberge are wonderful and a great welcome awaits for the owners. Lovely guys and interesting menagerie of cats and dogs that are really friendly. Rooms are impeccably decorated and the bed really comfy. Thanks for a great welcome. Hope to visit again.

This small hotel was one of the highlights of our Dordogne hiking tour. We spent 2 nights at this welcoming place with its charming rooms and excellent dinner. The breafasts were fresh and diverse. Here is a charming little bed and breakfast to stay at when visiting the Dordogne region. Well located on the edge of the medieval center it's a super comfortable home. To top it all off their food (dinner and breakfast) is delicious.

Nous recommandons cette adresse pour l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, la chambre spacieuse et le lit confortable. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine simple et genereuse, on s'est senti comme à la maison. Merci

Nourriture bonne mais chère pour ce que c est. Le touriste est clairement pris pour un porte monnaie. Et la cerise sur le gâteau, le cuisinier devient vite agressif lorsque mon fils de 3ans parle un peu trop fort (C est un enfant!). Nous avons pris 3 réflexions sur un ton virulent, en anglais of course car il n a pas eu le temps d apprendre la langue française. Nos voisins de table ont été eux même choqués. Ce soit disant cuistot devrait changer de métier, il nous a gâché notre moment. Si vous êtes en famille, fuyez!!!!
