Service was great!! The hotel looked very new, and it was a great base for exploring nearby Carlsbad caverns and Guadalupe mountains national park. The breakfast each morning was very nice. The room was very spacious with a nice glass shower. The only small negative was we found a few hairs that were not ours in the bed sheets and shower. We very much enjoyed our stay overall.

Hotel was clean and convenient. Breakfast was nice and they have a laundry. It’s close to Carlsbad Cavern so you can get an early start.

Not a lot of great things to say about the town of CarlsBad, NM. The hotel was clean, modern, and fresh. No reason to go to CarlsBad other than the Caverns. About 25 miles from the caverns, pretty close to Walmart, better service at the hotel than any of the restaurants in the area.

Great home base for our National Park tour of White Sands, Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsberg Canyons. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Would stay there again if ever in the area again.

It’s convenient. Few minutes drive to the grocery store, Starbucks, popular restaurants and Carlsbad cavern.

Nice place for an overnight stay. Very clean property and very clean and comfortable beds and rooms. Very impressive place to stay.

We stayed at another Home2 before that we weren’t that happy with but this one was great. Super large, clean suite, great staff and very quiet.

The rooms were wonderful and had everything anyone could ever need while staying away from home. The area was safe and the staff was helpful and friendly.
