I would not stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room itself was lacking. Outdated bathroom with a bathtub that had nothing to keep you from skipping to the bathroom tile that just as slippery even with the floor towel. The room was big and clean with a nice bed but the lugging was awful. There were 2 side tanks lamps, 1 floor lamp, and a desk lamp(didn't work). Even with the 3 that worked out was still very dimly lit. The pipes in the wall sounded like they were going to bust when a another room would turn on their water. It was so loud. When I booked this room it said it was a 3 star hotel, more of a 2. Without the staff a 1. There not being an elevator to the second floor was tough. Then there were 2 sounds at night. One sounded like something cheering on wood above me, and the other was something tapping on the wall. There was an extra charge when I checked in that wasn't on the site when I booked it. This could be the hotel or this dues fault, bit sure. My rating didn't really reflect the start because of the categories.

Gentleman at check in was pleasant. This area is very walkable to shopping and also close to the interstate.

The hotel was not clean. There were spiders and bugs all over. The floor was dirty. Hair on blankets. We didn’t sleep under the sheets. Just wasn’t very clean. Location is great and it was quiet.

We have to be changed to another room. The first one was cold, no heat. The second room smell like mildew. The balcony sliding door didn't work. And the room have ants and I have pictures to prove it

The rep upon our check in was excellent. Room and facility was a good value for the money.
The primary reason for my review is that upon check out, I was given a receipt for $263. I showed the rep my confirmation for $258.04. (Which I confirmed at check in).
The employee did not understand why the overcharge but said she'd refund $5. That certainly sounded acceptable except that it has not occurred.
It's only $5 but it's the principal. I should only be charged the confirmed rate and if there's a promise to refund the difference, then be sure it's accomplished.

Newly renovated rooms are very nice and clean. The bathrooms are heaven. Only thing was that there was a stain on the closet door that was a bit suspect but that’s it

We stay here every year for a family event. Our room had a beautiful view. Staff is very kind. Our room wasn’t clean. Someone left their eyelashes on the nightstand. We checked in late and when we realized the situation we were too exhausted to switch rooms. They did offer to switch.

Nice, highly recommended. Good location, shops and restaurants around, it has a beautiful central garden as well.
Clean and pretty, either you're on a buisness trip or family excursion, this is a good place to stay.
