This hotel had great rooms! They were large with very comfortable beds. The had very accommodating staff and the location was great. Wonderful free full breakfast and easy parking

Clean hotel. The staff are all very friendly and hospitable. Great location, a few blocks to the beach. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance. 2-3 blocks to the beach. Breakfast was great, the pool was great. No complaints with my stay.

Good hotel. Clean. You get what you pay for at this hotel. A slight walk to the beach but the beach is very nice.

We had a King Suite which was clean spacious and comfortable. Valerina (SP?)
greeted us warmly and patiently answered our questions. The resort fee is $40/day, parking is $16/day plus taxes. They have an outdoor pool plus hot tub. There is noise when outside from the airport runway next door but we did not hear any noise in our room. The happy hour from 5-7pm included free drinks and a light snack: rotating between popcorn, chips, tortilla chips and mixed nuts. The free breakfast is wonderful with many hold and cold choices. There are several attendants who keep the area clean and well-stocked. There are several local restaurants within walking distance plus a Chilis, if you prefer chains. Ubers provide reasonable transportation around town. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The only negative is the flock of pigeons who descend on you during happy hour, but I don't know how that can be controlled. We enjoyed our stay.

An accessible location on a main street in the Isla Verde sector of San Juan. The employees are amiable. The breakfast was excellent.

I loved the proximity to the airport (8 minute cab ride). At the pool the airplane activity can get extremely loud. However the noise is nonexistent inside hotel lobby and rooms. The included breakfast has a great variety of food from 6-10 and coffee or tea are available all day. One of the best surprises was a two hour free happy hour daily at the pool with snacks! The staff were all incredibly polite and helpful. Will definitely return!

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and the amenities are great. It was clean, my only complaint is that we got allergy probably because of the curtains or carpet.

I loved everything about this property and would highly recommend to anyone! The staff was incredible. From check in, to breakfast, to room services and repair, to the pool grill staff. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly, always checking in and saying hi! The pool area was highly enjoyable and such a great common area to meet other travelers. Food and drinks at the grill was so good! Added bonus for the pool towel availability! Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Showers had great pressure! Breakfast was full and delicious every day. Hotel is across the street from some great restaurants, walking distance to Isla Verde beach where they have chairs available for use with the hotel and only a 5 minute ride to the airport! Would definitely stay again!
