No maid service during 3 night stay.
No complementary breakfast
mattress was saggy
bathroom had deferred maintenance issues

Shower was dirty with other guests hair. Maids were very loud and disrespectful at 6:30 am!!!!

Unfortunately, was given a room that had an adjoining door to another room. At approximately midnight, two guests arrived to their room and had very load conversation that lasted 3.5 hours! They were obviously heavily inebriated! It sounded as if they were outside my door. After finally getting a bit of sleep, in the early morning, I was awakened to one of those vomiting profusely. The up-chucking last intermittently for 45 minutes. A perfect night!

We had a good stay at this property. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the lack of housekeeping. We paid a decent price and not even our trash was taken out. I didn’t expect new linens or towels but housekeeping did not stop by to check in. Our room was a little run down with stains on the carpet and the bed room door didn’t close completely. Otherwise, it was clean, nice, and quiet. Location is the key to this property and staff were great.

Very nice property within walking distance of several downtown restaurants and shopping. Property looks new and very clean and staff always friendly. Enjoyed our stay and will come back when traveling to Carrollton.

The team members were always very pleasant, courteous and attentive! I am in the commercial real estate industry and these qualities matter! I was impressed and enjoyed our stay!
