Great hotel, excellent staff with private beach and great rooftop pool without children’s and a lot of other pools for the kids in front of the beach.
The room was great, clean and beautiful.
We enjoyed our time there

everything was amazing until check out, the girl at the front desk started to add nonsense money to my check out bill because of the room beverage and snacks.. she also was a little rude talking to us, so I told her charge everything that you want to charge and that's it...

Make sure you get breakfast you will not regret it. I swear its the best buffet you will have it feel like an all you can eat thats organic. Very good selection. Wayyyy better then dr. Staff there are so courteous

Hotel las Americas was amazing at all levels! The staff’s professionalism and friendliness were remarkable. The diversity, quality and service of the restaurants was extraordinary. We would return at a heart beat, and highly recommend it!

This is a comfortable hotel with a full range of amenities given the amount of money charged and for the fact that it’s a locally owned hotel. The breakfast buffet is extensive and it is easy to get around the city/ go to the walled old town - all of which are a quick cab side away .

I love how the hotel was close to the airport and downtown walled city. The beach access was great. All pools were to notch but the 20th foot adult pool was my favorite

Nothing special, poor breakfast variety and the staff makes you feel as criminal reminding you that you have to pay for everything, I invited my family to spend the day at the pool they told me that I have to pay for each person, I said ok please charge it to my room but their “policy” says that you have to pay immediately and it can’t be charged to your room, so I got to go to my room and get my wallet in order to pay “immediately” or my family couldn’t go further the lobby at torre Del Mar
