I just stayed here for the second time and absolutely love this hotel. The staff are literally the best - they always make you feel at home and go above and beyond to make your stay special. I didn’t learn everyone’s names but William, Dennis and Dina are fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the rooftop pool and bar are delightful, the breakfast is so good - try the hot wrap! Thank you Casa La Fe, I’ll be back.

We just got back from three nights at Hotel Casa la Fe, and our experience couldn't have been better. We absolutely loved being in the middle of the old town, steps away from everything. Honestly, I think my favourite thing about the old town was just walking out the front door and exploring the nearby streets. Even before we arrived at the hotel, William was prompt and courteous, sending us notifications and asking how he could help. Once we arrived, he (and the rest of the team) were extremely helpful in booking outings (a day trip to the Rosario Islands and a walking tour of old town and Getsemani, both of which were great). Our rooms were comfortably laid out and very cool in the Colombian heat. The ceiling fan was so powerful that once I forgot to turn on the air conditioning and still slept comfortably through the night. The art through the hotel public spaces is gorgeous - I would have loved to buy a couple pieces! And the rooftop pool is lovely. Breakfasts were delicious, served in the pretty courtyard. I wish I could go back!

Oasis in the old city..super helpful staff especially William at the front desk. His English was great and he made sure to explain everything. Great recommendations for tours meals and shopping. Lovely breakfasts. Beautiful rooms. Could not have been better.

Casa La fe was the perfect place for me and my partner. Sat right on a beautiful garden plaza in the old city you feel right in the middle of it all without the hustle of bustle of other parts of the city. The courtyard is beautiful and eating breakfast there is a perfect way to start every day in Cartagena. William and his team are awesome. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and even let us shower there when we returned from the islands and had checked out. Truly outstanding service.

You would not regret staying here. To the staff to the location to the esthetics of the hotel....it all was absolutely AMAZING. It's in a perfect location to where you can walk everywhere with tons of stuff to do. The staff were all so welcoming and kind from the time we checked in to the time we left. They were very patient with us and our limited amount of spanish:-) The hotel has very good AC....something we heard can be absent in a lot of places. The beauty of the hotel in its self....from the greenery in the dining area to the artwork and sculptures throughout the hotel. We did not use the pool but I did dip my feet in it and the water was pretty warm. The bartender was absolutely amazing and had us coming back for more drinks. The night view from the rooftop was breathtaking. When I return to Cartagena, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you all for making my birthday and our first trip to Colombia memorable 💗

This was a fantastic place to stay! Beautiful and quiet, on a lovely historic square, with the nicest people working there. Every recommendation was perfect and I needed extra help due to a broken ankle and they were totally accomodating. A true delight!

Very clean, comfortable stay. The breakfasts are good, the people who work in reception are very helpful in many ways, we had laundry done and it was reasonably priced. We enjoyed the small rooftop pool at the end of the day and generally had a cocktail at the rooftop bar served by a nice bartender.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of Cartagena's historic walled city, this boutique hotel should be at the top of your list. My sons & I spent 3 nights when we arrived in Cartagena, before heading up the coast to Santa Marta (Tayrona National Park area) and then Minca. From the moment we stepped in the door, we felt welcomed & well-cared for. The decor throughout is lovely, the beds are comfortable & the breakfasts are delicious! The "jewel in the crown" is the people who work here. William & Dennis are concierges extraordinaire: tour suggestions/set-ups, restaurant recommendations, how to get around the city & be safe, etc. They take care of all of it! Aris, the rooftop pool/bar manager, was delightful & offered helpful suggestions, as well What a great team! You will be in good hands if you stay at Casa La Fe.
