Unfortunately, I had to buy experience doing the booking to this hotel
1-they cancel me the day before of my check with the excuse that the hotel was under construction
2-they gave me some options to send me to a different hotels with the same category
3-I just spoke with them and I asked them to cancel my reservation to avoid the penalty they say that they will do that and never get it done
I had to contact Orbitz ******* a couple times to get my money back. I had to contact the hotel many times and finally after a lot of work that I shouldn’t done the reservation is canceled.
This situation is not nice because from other country is hard to me to communicate with Orbitz and the hotel at the same time

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa DiLuca. The staff was incredibly warm & welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The decor makes you feel like you are staying in a private oasis. Feels more like a home than a hotel. So many beautiful spots around the hotel to relax. We booked a day at the on-site spa and it was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the basic amenities you need (hair dryer, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, etc.) It was a luxury to find a humidifier in the room. The pool rooftop is also gorgeous! There’s a small bar and the perfect view of the tower. This location was walking distance to all the best restaurants & cafes. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. I would 100% recommend.

Amazing property with sensational rooms, fantastic view over the rooftops. although it is located in the middle of all the buzz, the rooms are quiet and private. beautiful decor,delicious breakfast! A new favourite!

We pretty much loved the ambiance. That was pretty much it. When we arrived at our room there was a very big ball of hair on the floor. That first night I fell down going to the bathroom because there was a big puddle under the AC. This is something that happens all the time but we could have been warned. We had to ask for an extra floor mat to cover the puddle for the rest of the trip, as it was at the bathroom door.
There was noise all the time, specially at night.
The only way to enter the hotel is to ring the doorbell and wait for someone to open the door. They assure you that there is always going to be someone there to let you in. There wasn’t. We were left outside for 10 minutes and only because we were lucky that another guest was leaving and opened the door. We called and texted and got no answer. For 2 hours we could not find anyone who worked at the hotel.
The first day, the housekeeper who cleaned our room was extremely rude because we came in to the room as she was cleaning. Our whole experience in Cartagena was disappointing, and this hotel is the main reason why.

The propert rooms were nice, very clean, and everything was walking distance. A lot of restaurant options at walking distanced and plenty of bars! One of the cons would be that it is VERY loud at night when going to sleep, if you get a room facing the street the music and people will be literally outside your window until past 4am! I reserved three rooms during my stay for 6 people, one of the room doors wasn’t locking and they didn’t get it fixed until the following day, this is something that should be considered emergency and fixed on the spot not left to be fixed over 24 hours. Overall I give the property a 4/5

In less than 24h we already had two incident On the first night we didn’t sleep well because of the noise of the street and no solution was given. - Same on the second night Second problem : no hot water to take a shower. Moreover the manager didn’t care at all about the problems. He never proposed any solution or had the courtesy to call us despite many request… I find it really unacceptable considering the price of the accommodation

I will suggest more light in room 3 . Extremely dark and the lightbulb in the bathroom needs to be place below the fan. Being where it is right now , it creates a terrible shadow .

What a beautiful property in a very good location close to restaurants and bars and shopping. The boutique hotel itself is gorgeous, very comfortable room with a extra comfortable bed and well stocked and spacious. A very pleasant smell and pleasant atmosphere in general. From the rooftop we had a view of a bar with beautiful music so we took our drinks up and had the most chill evening. I would definitely return and recommend. I didn’t have too much interaction with staff but the little we had was extremely pleasant even the security was very nice.
