Hotel Majestic

Centrally located, good customer service at reception. Hotel a bit old and worn out with dark and not lit interior. Toilet is fortunately renovated. OK breakfast. Good for short stays.

Vous avez réservé sur internet en pensant venir à l'hôtel serein et bien non, la réception vous refuse la réservation parce que le tarif ne leur plaît pas et va vous demander de payer leur tarif de 159 dh de plus et de vous débrouiller pour vous faire rembourser par Trip.com. J'ai jamais vu celà auparavant. Sinon, un cafard dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est bien.

I reviewed this hotel because it is the lowest rated in Morocco. When I entered the lobby I thought I was in the wrong hotel it looks so luxurious! I got into my room and everything looked perfect, my room was very clean and bathroom also. The balcony had great views and I accidentally locked myself out! You might be wondering why I only gave 4 stars? This is because of BREAKFAST, no hot food, not many options and I was given a rotten egg 🥚 Sorry but not sorry 😉

Disgusting hotel, terrible unfriendly staff, dirty rooms with mold and terrible smell, they don’t even have towels in the room, they have some water inside of the soap dispenser instead of soap, moreover manager shouted at me, I HAVE PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAUMA after this hotel!!! NEVER GO THERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO RUIN YOUR EMOTIONAL STATE AND HOLIDAYS. The only positive thing about this hotel is a charming lady who was cooking Moroccan crepes

Excellent location and good breakfast BUT small cockroaches 🪳 on the corridors, sink blocked in room and a just single small towel on a double room. Front desk didn’t have the best reaction when confronted with the issues.

Possibly the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced, and that is after staying at a hotel in India with a dead rat in the toilet 🤦🏽‍♂️. The inept concierge not only didn’t make you feel welcome but actively made it difficult to check in asking us to wait for half an hour whilst he finished his dinner , it was very strange… the room was dirty and we had no towels so had to ask the concierge for them which obviously never came. COCKROACHES in the hallway. Breakfast was a shamble’s with no one to clean the tables so everyone just waited eating standing up.

We've been touring morocco the past 2 weeks and hotel majestic gave us the IMPROPER send off... cons: we paid for a Quarduple room since we were 4 ( 2 adults and 2 teens) but front desk officer assigned 5pm of july 26,2023 said they shower in the said room was broken so we have 2 settle for 2 double rooms, which we did. secondly it say in yhe voucher we have to pay a city tax of 85 moroccan dirhams but this guy charged us double good thing i have a credit card... thirdly we complained 3 x that our room #587 has aircon but is broken... 2x a guy came to fix it but nothing happened, i came down and bald muscular guy with beard assigned 10pm july 26,2023 reception said "there is nothing he can do about it as they are in full capacity", so we just had to sleep it off with the windows open (hearing all the noise) and making use of our hand held fans... lastlly, when we were about to leave, we asked the receptionist another guy to book us a taxi foe the aiport which we agreed on at 300 moroccan dirhams.. upon check out i was busy foxing pur bags at the counter this same guy tol me "Sir i need the payment for the taxi!!" Ina very rude manner... probably cannot wait for his cut/ commision huh!!... only silver lightning in our stay whas the girl who was making rounds during breakfast asking for feedbacks in the stay and was kind enough to accomodate all our needs.. PASS ON THIS HOTEL for rude receptionists and poor service..100 meters away where we stayed a week before- ONE HOTEL Casablanca has more helpful and accomodating staffs from doormen, to waier to receptionists..

Avoid at all costs - its dirty - its loud - the room door is paper thin - toilet broke and remained broken until I left. Front desk didnt care about it lol - staff will not help you They tried to get me to pay (again) at check in and I had to call *********** to settle the issue.
