Spacious, luxurious and quiet room with a good view of the hustle of the city. The hotel is centrally located walking distance from all of the major attractions. Staff is respectful and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and has variety. Will recommend.

This place is an absolute scam! They say themselves that it is a 5-star place but that is a major lie. The room was absolutely filthy. Cob webs hanging from all corners of the ceiling, bathroom not cleaned at all, the water in the bathroom zink did not run, the draines smelled extremely bad and made the whole room stink etc. etc. When the staff were made aware of this, they offered a room equally as filthy and finally, we checked out and moved to another hotel for the final two nights. After many weeks of struggles and correspondence with the hotel via email (also showing them pictures of the state of the room), they finally agreed to reimburse the charge for the final two nights that were not used because we checked out early – HOWEVER – they insist to only be able to pay the money back in cash at the hotel reception (even though a Mastercard was used for the online booking and payment), so effectively, they are not giving us the money back, as is it a ridiculous suggestion for us to travel back to Morocco to collect the money. We cannot stress enough, how much people really should stay away from this place!

Comfortable room on the 5th floor in the centre of Casablanca, about 40 minutes from the airport, close to most things easy to find or get a taxi back if eating away from the Hotel, breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. Would recommended.

And the winner of the BIGGEST RIP OFF award is: “One Hotel Casablanca” The rooms are very dirty, the floor hasn’t been cleaned because crisps, dust and hair from previous guests where all over it. Even the bathroom was so filthy that neither of us took a shower. Has it ever been cleaned at all in the last 80 years? Furniture and carpets are so old, worn out and also dirty. So absolutely not worth the money. I would rate this hotel with 2 stars. Dear management, Please stop posting fake positive reviews!!!! It makes absolutely no sense. Costumers will scroll further to see the real and honest comments anyway.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of your staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at ease in the inviting atmosphere of the hotel lobby.
Throughout my stay, the level of attention to detail and customer care was truly commendable. The cleanliness and comfort of the room exceeded my expectations, and I was particularly impressed by the modern amenities and thoughtful touches provided.
The breakfast experience at your restaurant was equally delightful. The quality and variety of the menu, combined with the attentive service, made each breakfast a memorable one.
Furthermore, I would like to express my gratitude to the concierge and front desk staff for their assistance during my stay. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or addressing any inquiries I had, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

I booked the hotel because it is the nearest "five"-star hotel in the city center that suits me. My expectations were quite low but the bathrooms really need to be rehabilitated. The room was big but I could hear everyone speaking in the corridor, and even the rooms above me. The employees were helpful and courteous though. That saved everything.

I was charged city tax at check in despite being paid to via *******. When I questioned I was told to check with *******. I contacted ******* and was told that someone will get back to me. Which they never did. Overall bad experience. The only good part was the buffet breakfast.

While the staffs are trying to mitigate the shortcomings of the management, the management is doing little to improve the experience for the guests. Our room 105 had roaches that we had to squat in the bathroom and ask the bell boy to remove it. One of the bed sheets had hair and the other had stain on the side and in the middle. The TV was so dusty that it wasn't clear when the last clean was for that room. The location of the hotel is in a shady street. If you are looking to get good experience in Casablanca, you are better off with a different hotel as the pictures here are misleading.

Hassan at the front desk, zakaria and all the staff are 5 stars. I have yet to meet hotel staff as nice as they are. They went out of their way to make sure we're comfortable and taught us how to call and use taxis without being ripped off. Frankly, they were the highlight of this stay. The hotel itself is decent but nowhere close to 5 stars, maybe more like 3 stars. The location is not touristic. It's safe but not the best location. I would certainly consider staying here again if i were visiting for business purposes and mostly for how nice all the staff were. No exceptions.
