This was truly a beautiful place. The view from our room was amazing and front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The breakfast was also lovely, and a wide variety of food. There are many stairs to get down to the water, but a lift is available. Clean and well maintained. Would definitely go back.

Everything was beautiful. Great breakfast, great service, and beautiful facilities. Peppe, the taxi driver was punctual and affordable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel La Madonnina is an absolutely amazing, beautiful hotel in Ischia. This was my fourth visit to Ischia, and my first stay at the Hotel La Madonnina. I cannot wait to return! From the moment I entered this beautiful hotel, I was warmly greeted by Benedetta and Rosa Maria, who made me feel so welcome. Their customer service was outstanding, and although I arrived early, my room was ready. I was overwhelmed with joy when seeing my room-it was gorgeous, with a beautiful view of the sea. I immediately went to their beautiful beach, and spent the entire afternoon jumping in the gorgeous water. The lunch at their beach club was delicious-both days I was served by Gaspare and Onofrio, and their service was outstanding. The property’s location is magnificent, and one can totally relax and unwind with their beautiful location on the water. I also enjoyed their incredible breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. I cannot say enough about the outstanding service at this beautiful hotel-it is truly a gem in Casamicciola Terme. At the time of my departure, I was so touched by Benedetta and Rosa Maria, who were so genuinely warm and caring for their guests. They truly made me feel so at home, and I am so grateful to them, and the entire staff at the beautiful Hotel La Madonnina.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Madonnina. Benedetta was extremely helpful and friendly, she went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as it was. The views from our room- which we were kindly upgraded to- free of charge, where breathtaking and I would reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in the beautiful Ischia. A massive thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. Two words cover it all. This is my 2nd year staying at La Madonnina and, like the year before, all my expectations were surpassed. The property, the staff, the food, the rooms make a person feel like you are part of the family. When you arrive, you are greeted by Pepe who picks you up at the port and transports you to the hotel. The moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed back by name, which is always a pleasant surprise. The relaxation you immediately feel permeates throughout the resort. To Rosa, Guissepi, Bénédetta, Giorgio, Francesco, Francesca, Bianca, Guspare, Mirella, Rosa-Maria, Annalucia, Susie and any staff that I missed, thank you for your warm smiles, friendly greetings, great conversations and hard work. I am already planning my vacation for next year at the La Madonnina. If you ever find yourself looking to go to Ischia look no further than La Madonnina Resort & Spa for your accommodations. You won't be disappointed!!!

Where do I begin ? My stay at La Madonnina in August 2022 with my sister was so amazing and relaxing that I returned last week (August 2023) with my sister, my Mom and my 2 daughters. A family-run hotel where you feel like part of the family. A perfect place for relaxing and spiritual renewal. The cheerful, warm voices of beautiful women, Rosa or Benedetta (the owners), Mirella, Annalucia or Rosa-Maria greet you as soon as you arrive. Check-in is quick, allowing one to change and quickly go down to the beach club for lunch. Quick-witted and gorgeous Giorgio, who runs the restaurants, greets and serves us delicious, fresh meals everyday. Francesco and Bianca are right next to him making sure everything is perfect. Gaspare is behind the bar making amazing cocktails. The restaurant service is 5-star...smily, attentive, prompt, flexible & proactive. A perfectly in-sync team. Breakfast at the hotel offers a plethora of delicious food choices with smily Francesca at our service. The rooms are spacious & immaculately clean (our 2 maids, Susie and Antionnetta attended to our every need) . The beds are dreamingly comfortable (best pillows ever !). The view from the room's terrace is breathtaking...overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea & the Hotel's spectacular beach club. One can sit in silence, with a cold glass of Biancolella, listening to the waves and watching the fishing boats go by. We have already reserved for August 2024 and hope to go back every year. Bravo to everyone at La Madonnina.

This hotel is just perfect the view from our balcony was spectacular the staff from the reception to the towel man at the beach have been so kind and helpful they have looked after our every need. Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough can’t wait to return

The whole staff was very friendly and professional, especially Francesco was amazing ! Great attitude and expertise. Also the bartender at the beach were really chill. Rooms were clean and food was great. We would definitely like to visit again.
