Very nice room. Stylish. Great bed and television. Hot tub and pool. Great location.

Not bad! Pros: Newly refurbished. Our standard room had a small separate living/TV area apart from bedroom (great for families where we all have different sleep/wake times). Conditioner in the bathroom (not all hotels provide this important necessity). Nice big new gym with new equipment. Cons: Though everything looked finished, there were many missing (somewhat annoyingly so) details. For example, the gym is missing yoga mats, horizontal surfaces (for setting keys, water bottles, etc), towels (for wiping equipment), etc etc. No hooks or towel racks in bathroom (where do I put our 3 wet towels?). Not very eco-friendly (lots of plastic wrapped disposable cups, no onsite recycling, etc). Other than that, a decent basic place.

Beds are very high needed a step. Towels were made hard to get I can not bend without pain. Otherwise outstanding, it's like being in a 1950-60's movie with John Wayne, lol

Great front desk lady! So nice and personalable.
Only one odd thing. The coffee maker was in the bathroom literally next to the toilet.

The room we stayed in was supposed to have a view of the pool but instead it was a view of the elevator that was directly across from our window and door. We were on the ground floor and didn’t even open the drapes because there was no daylight to let in. The room was nice but the room’s location was horrible. The elevator was out of order so I am thankful that we didn’t have constant use of people using it to get to the pool.

Dining nearby , Easy parking , supermarket nearby, staff (Elijah) really friendly and helpful , check in was quick and easy ,room is stylish , water pressure in shower low , elevator was out of order ...there are 3 floors, nice part of town , parking well lit, bed was comfortable,no cooler or fridge in room, room attendant checked in following morning to see if we needed anything .

Booked a 2 night stay, checked in no problems but on the 2nd morning we received a call that we had to check out because they were closing hotel for renovations that we were not informed of the day before when we checked in so we had to quickly pack room up and had nowhere to go. As overseas travellers we had everything pre booked and paid and then had to find a new hotel at the very last minute. Staff did not seem to care at all that this happened. Will not go back again.

Very clean nice place, the only thing was lugging around our luggage up the stairs and only vending machines for water and such other than that it was a nice hotel, I'd stay here again.

3 Palms is my favorite Hotel. It is in a class of its own. Clean and pleasant with a nice touch of amenities,.AAA.
