An incredible experience! Such a beautiful hotel. Wife and I stayed for 2 nights in a Signature Suite with Ocean View room. Too many positives to list!! Valet parking is really helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was delightful. Smart TV allows phone casting. Wi-Fi is good. The hotel location is perfect. Short walk to the city centre and the coastal walking/bicycle trail. The staff are welcoming/friendly and super helpful. The restaurant is AMAZING!! We had dinner and breakfast - both fantastic experiences. We hired bicycles from the hotel and went on a 20km ride. Was easy to organise, a good price and very convenient. Our shower leaked a bit, but this didn't bother us! Would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Cascais!!

We hadn’t booked in advance so just walked off the street and were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the available rooms which were lovely. The building is beautiful and a clever mix of old and new architecture with stylish interior design. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast delicious. Sadly we couldn’t book in the restaurant for dinner as there was a private function on but I’m sure it would be great also. I highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed at this beauty for five days and the experience was just magnificent. The location is the best with stunning views from my balcony. The hotel and rooms were classy and beautifully built fully retaining the building heritage. The service was top notch, friendly and efficient 10/10. Parking was no problem thanks to the staff. Walking distance from the centre with loads of good restaurants. Overall the experience was a solid 10/10. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Cascais.

amazing charming, historical place to stay. Design is perfect! Team is very welcoming and helping for any recommendations or reservations. I stayed at Attic room, very cozy, clean, irréprochable design, bedding is on Top of all the hotels! Thank for a such experience. I will definitely come back again.

Internet is horrible. For this amount of money they should have high speed internet. Understaffed, there are never more than 3 people working in this small hotel. Top floor rooms have slanted ceilings so if you are over 5’8” tall you hit your head. Shower head was too low so they switched me rooms. Don’t ask them to do laundry, it cost over $100usd to was 1 pair of jeans and 4 shirts(not dry cleaned). Food was good, but food everywhere in Lisbon is good.

Lovely hotel - but don't book a room with a terrace. Ours was 4 high walls with 2 chairs and a table which made our room dark and horrible (baring in mind that the hotel faces the sea!). It's made me very mindful of booking a room that has an actual view - which I assumed this would! The only other issues we had were that our cold water ran hot (very hot one night) and we never received the bottle opener that we requested ... That apart the hotel was lovely, the staff very professional, the bar and breakfast rooms great and the breakfast absolutely fabulous. The (very small) pool on the rooftop was a blessed relief from the weather and had an honesty bar.

Highly recommend Artsy Cascais. Great location one block from the Atlantic ( not too busy) and across from the Citadel. Charmibg boutique hotel with a capable and friendly staff. Be sure to plan at least one meal (if not more) at the Art restaurant. Best meal we had in Portugal. We even enjoyed an afternoon in the sun at the rooftop pool.

Fabulous with great staff who definitely go the extra mile to help and really well designed rooms the Hotel is only a year old so everything is new. The food and service are excellent and it’s really well located for everything in Cais Cais. I’ll return.

Absolutely lovely, confortable boutique hotel with a kind, cheerful staff. The design is fantastic, the food terrific, and it is in the simply best location in Cascais. They have rental bikes for a splendid ride to Guincho, btw. We plan to return asap.
