Where does one start? The pleasant, engaging, professional staff, especially Marco, Paolo, and Rita. They set the tone supplemented by the impeccable views of the sea and sunsets, and the beautiful and well appointed rooms and public spaces. A pleasant stroll along te coast road to Cascais proper.

O Hotel está muito bem localizado, bem arrumado e os quartos são de um tamanho ótimo.
O pequeno almoço está bom para o conceito de um boutique hotel.
Apenas dou 4 na limpeza, não é porque o quarto não estava limpo, ele estava bem limpo, mas apanhei alguns bicharocos a passearem, como uma lesma e uma aranha com tamanho simpático que era residente no wc.
Mas adorei e voltarei 🥂

The hotel is well located. Easy Uber access to the town -$5 rides. Not a 5 star hotel - maybe a 3+ the good news breakfast is good pool is good but unheated. rooms are pretty good for amenities bad news rugs in the room are very stained. you won't walk barefoot They said they are changing them no dinner on site although there is great restaurant across the street I would stay here on a reasonable price.

Beware of where you get a room... we first got a room completely infested with fungus... it smelled really bad and walls were covered with the fungus. When adressing this we got a new nicer room the next day... the staff seemed not surprised though about the complaint. The hotel generally is damp, smells, old fashioned, not very nicely decorated and the pictures dont really match the websites... the 5 stars is a joke. And in no way does this match a 5 star experience. When we were moved we only recieved a ridiciolous discount for the first night. We were also told that we could only have the new room for a couple of days and then either get a room with no balcony or terrace thereafter. Again no discount offered. We had to move to a different hotel. All in all I would not recommend this hotel at all... There are plenty of true 5 star hotels in the area. Do yourselves a favour and opt out on this one. I would like to point out that the staff at the reception is lovely! Not their fault. I feel sorry that they probably have to deal with complaints all the time.

The hotel is destroyed inside with a musty smell and is very old, very dusty and rude employees and it is not worth paying this price and besides I said you have to pay in advance because they know the hotel is very bad O hotel está destruído por dentro com cheiro a mofo e muito velho muito pó e empregados mal dispostos e não vale apena pagar este preço e além disse tem de pagar antes porque eles sabem que o hotel é muito mau

Very nice location in Cascais. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Good food and good service. Comfortable meeting room. I like the breakfast, especially the fresh fruit. We enjoyed our stay for the meeting.

We went for New Year's Eve (we arrived the day before) and booked a room on the booking app which had photos that didn't match reality at all. The room was shabby, the sheets were full of holes, the television was too old. There was a lack of ammenities, slippers, the air conditioning took too long to work and we heard other guests complaining about it. The Turkish bath didn't work and the spa closes at 6 p.m. We arrived at the spa on the first day and it was as shown in the picture, with a couple drinking and smoking inside, even drinking alcohol in the pool. I don't know how they got in with the beers, or how it took us to get there to report the situation. We complained to reception, and the next day they were still going to enter the spa with alcohol. I don't recommend it, it wasn't a good experience at all. We arrived at 10am for breakfast and everything was empty. Not worth the money.

This is a truly lovely boutique hotel, with a beautiful garden often used for weddings. The ambience is relaxed and charming. The rooms are decorated with style, especially in the Villa rooms. In the main building the style is more traditional. The service is exceptional. The cuisine for lunch is also wonderful - the problem being that there is no bar or restaurant after 18.00. Overall a very charming hotel, to which I will return regularly.

4 night stay taking part in the annual Ironman Cascais. The staff we fabulous and attentive to all our requests. Breakfast is excellent and relaxing with beautiful sea views. Tatiana and her colleagues on reception were so helpful and booked all our restaurant reservations and bike hire. Monday evening in Lisbon and the staff could not have been more attentive and gracious. The room was well kept and clean with very high standards.
