Pros: breakfast is best hotel breakfast we've ever had.
Restaurant food was stellar (even though they were completely out of every vegetable)
Front desk staff friendly and accommodating
Suite offered a bathroom to each sleeping space
There was a full sized fridge (although it was pretty noisy) and a microwave in our room!
Housekeeping came when requested and did a nice job
Cons: the balcony had an entrance from the kids' room and the main space. The kids room entrance was not locked. Easy fix but glad we checked. There was also a second entrance to the suite from the kids room and a door to another hotel room. Kids room really ought not be where it is. They should swap it with the king sized bedroom. That's the safest option.
The walls are paper thin and the exterior doors SLAM shut. Very bothersome when loud guests are coming and going at all hour of the night.
The bathroom had a weird layout where you had to shimmy between the toilet and shower door to get out.
The air vents were FILTHY. Seriously, I cleaned years worth of dust off of them
The sheets were like sandpaper.
The TV required a stupid amount of troubleshooting to operate. The sensor for changing channels is on a cord that has to sit on the dresser. It was wedged behind the wall and dresser so only the power button on the remote worked until we figured that out.
Overall our stay was fine. Check in and check out was simple and seamless. Staff was lovely. The room needs improvement. Food was great!

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the tub had mildew or something in the corners on the caulking. For 150 dollars a night, I’d expect way more.

Was at hotel for business. Staff was very friendly and courteous and helpful. Room was a little dated, and the refrigerator had to be unplugged because it made too much noise at night. The TV channel listings did not work, and you couldn't see any local tv channels or know where to go to look at things.. half the channels didn't work. Other than that it was fine. Would be nice to have a water vending machine somewhere to get some cold bottled water.

The hotel is under construction. We stayed in the large family suite. It was clean, but definitely pieced together. No outlet in the bathroom off of the king size room. It was great for our family of 8. Plenty of room. The staff was ok. The breakfast was really good. The pool area was nice. The kiddy pool was a nice plus. The construction around the hotel was horrible. The keys are very sensitive. I was at the front seat at least 3-4 times each day during our stay getting our keys rekeyed. That was a real pain. That’s where the staff was just ok. The front seat lady acted like it was a bother to re key them. With the family suite, I at least thought through would be a few basic utensils and maybe a few plates and cups. Nope, ever cupboard and drawer was completely empty!

We have stayed here several times as our daughter is in college in Casper. The staff is always super friendly. It's not a "posh" property, and the surrounding area is a bit run down, but the hotel itself is clean with a nice breakfast. The rooms are quiet and well kept.

There was a broken down vehicle parked by my car. It had a busted window with plastic covering the hole in the glass. The room doors leading outside couldn't be opened with the card key. We had to be moved to a different room. Checking in to my room was delayed for more than an hour. To be honest, the room wasn't worth the price i had to pay.

This hotel was nice. You can tell they are doing a lot of updates. The restaurant was closed at the time but still offered free breakfast buffet in the saloon. We had a Family Suite and I would recommend that to anyone traveling with children. The kids enjoyed the space and the 2 bathrooms were a lifesaver. The hotel staff even added beach balls and a couple floaties to the pool for the kids to enjoy.
