Camera molto ampia e molto ben insonorizzata. Non ho usufruito della colazione, ma solo caffè al bar, 2eur al banco un po' caro. Hotel funzionale a pochi km dal metro Gessate, in zona tranquilla. Valida alternativa economica a chi preferisce la qualità stando fuori Milano.

Hotel da incubo
Prenotato sperando in hotel da 4 stelle invece un esperienza da incubo.
Arrivo faccio il check in e vengo informato che non risulta il mio pagamento dico da che sito ho prenotato mostro la ricevuta del pagamento (ricevuta emessa a nome loro non del sito) e mi fanno ripagare la stanza dicendomi che nel caso verrò rimborsato. Partiamo malissimo va beh entro in stanza sorpreso smart tv! Peccato solo 4 canali (solo stranieri)e accesso ad Internet non disponibile ne dalla tv nel dal telefono ne dal pc sia via cavo che wi fi! Va beh almeno l'aria condizionata funziona. Bagno con vasca! Dai un bel bagno per dimenticare le disavventure. No vasca piena di peli.... va beh potevo chiamare la reception o fare foto ma nulla sciacquo il tutto sprecando un sacco d'acqua e doccia al volo e via! Uscendo passo in reception per segnalare i vari problemi e la risposta stata; la rete internet al piano al momento non funziona e per i peli nella vasca solo un cavolo mi dispiace!
Non pretendevo un cambio stanza... ma almeno un ok ci scusiamo! non ha la colazione nella sua prenotazione gli e la offriamo noi o le faremo un buono per il prossimo soggiorno ( che non accadrà mai più) nulla finti sorrisi un ci dispiace di circostanza e buona serata!
Mai capitata un esperienza simile mai più neanche se mi offrissero la stanza

Gittiğim en kötü oteldi , sadece oda temizdi onun dışındaki herşey sıfır puandı. klima çalışmıyordu , buzdolabı yoktu odada, terlik vs asla yoktu . Oda sıcaktı , pencere tam açılmadığından havasızdı. Kahvaltısı berbattı, kahvaltı salonuna almadılar bizi, toplantı odası gibi bir odada iğrenç bir kahvaltı sundular . Kağıt tabak va kağıt bardak , plastik çatal plastik bıçaklarla çok çok kötüydü. Milano merkezle alakası yoktu , etrafında da hiç bir yer yoktu sadece bir market bulduk oda 21:00 da kapanmıştı.

It's my first and I hope my only and last bad rating. Our group of 50 people was spread in 3 floors, one group of them accommodated at the "mezzanine" which had rooms with an extra door leading to the out of service parking. One of us had to use a ladder inorder to get out of the room through the window because the door was stack. During the first night, the school that was staying at the same hotel, was loud and noisy until very late at night. The second night noise continued, so we complained to the staff and requested calling the police in case the situation didn't change. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, but extremely hot, with no way to turn off the a/c, no telephone to call the reception, the tv was in front of the mirror, the shower was narrow and some of their lamps were not working. As for the breakfast it was totaly unacceptable! Don't believe the ads. Look at the photos to prove me right. We were given paper plates in a 4 stars hotel! Hardly any glasses or cups. Seriously? Their services were completely inadequate. Not to wrong the staff, the people were polite whenever they were addressed to.

My stay at the Park Hotel CASSANO was by far one of my best hotel stays in Italy. The hotel is located close to Milan/Malpensa Airport. The bedding, towels, pillows everything was so fresh that it felt like home away from home, in fact the pillows were the fluffiest I ever felt. The service provided could easily be compared to any 5 star hotel. The buffet breakfast had so many options and the staff went an extra mile to make my family’s stay a comfortable one. This place gives you more than your moneys worth. The views from those big glass windows in the rooms are to so mesmerising that I wish I stayed longer. I enjoyed every minute of my stay at the hotel and would love to visit again soon.

Ho prenotato qui in occasione del Gp di Monza. La posizione è poi risultata molto comoda per raggiungere l'autodromo in circa 30 minuti. L'hotel è dotato di ampio parcheggio e la hall si presenta molto funzionale e con personale professionale e disponibile. La stanza per tre persone è risultata ampia, pulita e dotata di tutto. Da tornarci il prossimo anno.

L'hotel si presenta piuttosto bene, nonostante parte della clientela che abbiamo incontrato nelle due occasioni in cui siamo stati ospiti. Il personale dell'accoglienza è stato in linea di massima cordiale e professionale. Buffet colazione non male, ma migliorabile. L'igiene generale delle aree comuni non eccelle. In particolare gli odori che caratterizzano l'ascensore non accompagnano al meglio verso le stanze da letto. Un po' di traverso la richiesta di 20 euro per essere accompagnati dal veicolo dell'hotel a circa un chilometro a mezzo di distanza, con un certo fastidio da parte dell'autista.
