This place definitely has its pro’s and con’s and it depends what sacrifices you are willing to make for price. Looking at other reviews I thought I wouldn’t mind it as I’m not too fussy usually but overall I felt uncomfortable and didn’t really want to stay any longer than I had to: Pro’s -Good cheap price -Whilst further out, it’s super convenient for public transport right outside the hotel only 2 euro to get into Milan only takes 30 mins tops -The man on reception was lovely and very helpful -Rooms are big and whilst very dated and nothing to shout home about if you’re used to budget travelling they aren’t filthy or falling apart -Nice big shower room -Fast, free Wi-Fi and slippers and towels Cons -We felt the area at times was slightly scary (although we did first arrive at night) some concerning characters/gangs in surrounding areas and appeared to be in the hotel as well. It’s a pretty rundown area and we didn’t feel very comfortable there -The walls - I’ve never known anything quite like it to be honest it was so so loud I could hear absolutely everything the entire time. Babies crying, doors shutting, people talking/shouting, playing music, stomps up the hallway - constantly and late into the night waking us up. This all added to the sense of un-ease as it didn’t seem like you were on your own and I couldn’t relax in the room and just wanted to leave. -We were also in an outhouse which wouldn’t usually be a problem but felt so exposed as it was that it just added to the feeling Despite all the positives we couldn’t look past these negatives and I really wouldn’t recommend regardless of price.

Mediocre and unprofessional welcome, pathetic and claustrophobic room, totally different from the description at the time of booking, non-existent bathroom external sink uncomfortable bed and non-opening windows, double bed wedged between two walls with 25 centimeters of space only on one side, TV hanging very up and not even leaning towards the bed, which is also uncomfortable, such small rooms at about 100 euros per night is a theft, personally, if not forced by force majeure, I will never sleep there again. Of the whole complex, the restaurant saves little choice but good and well presented, and even the courtesy of the lady of the dining room makes the difference, also included at breakfast, with enough choice of sweet and savory, it allows you to have an excellent breakfast, too bad the Indian guest, who barefoot, it left a not exactly scented trail, but this is not the fault of the structure, however my advice is to avoid the hotel

We were 4 on a trip between Lombardie / Vénétie. We shared a room for 4 which was nice, very clean and well equipped . Breakfast was excellent with a many choices . The hotel is quiet and has a very nice park with some kids activities . You cas also enjoy a fitness room. There is also a pool but not try as we were in April. Very good choice !

For the third time we stayed in this hotel, my review has always been positive, but this time, at 10 a.m., when they usually already pass through cleaning of the free rooms, they knock at the door, Time to ask “Who is” that already open the door out, which really made me angry because my boy had just gone out of the shower and was semi-naked. When I opened, I was scared and cried, and I immediately closed the door without any excuse; and I had never had such a thing, usually it was knocked and perhaps it was waiting for an answer from the inside, not that I knocked and opened directly. I don't know if we'll be back.

Very good location; 5 mins walk from the station and 20mins walk to Duomo. Easy access to the Metro as well. The lady at reception who welcomed us when we arrived was very nice (half pony tail and blond). The phone in the room doesnt work; had to go down to ask for a kettle. The room is really small though as well as the bed. Great that they allow us to store the luggage before check in and after check out. View from the room overlooking the station is not bad. Not noisy.

I booked and paid for standard bed however once I was there I was informed they are full to capacity and only twins beds were available. My trip was for 5 nights and the they would only be able to offer me a standard bed the last night of my stay. I was also told that I'm staying longer than the normal as their minimum patrons stays between 2-3 nights and my stay is longer. The food is also not desirable. I was disappointed by that being in Italy and not having a capable chef. The person working was overwhelm as the was the only one and there were many people to attend to. The location was not ideal as it was right next to an abandon building and walking to get the bus was dark and creepy. Because it was my first time in Milan I was expecting more but next time I'll choose another hotel closer to the town. It's good if you're seeking few days just to stay All the staff at the front desk were exceptional and that was a pluys

The location of the hotel is quite good, as the friends in front said, passing through a small garden to the most famous street, then the hotel's second promenade and cathedral. In addition, the S5 next to the hotel goes directly to the central station, and the airport bus is on the left side of the main entrance of the train station. There are still a lot of cars passing by at 9 or 10 in the evening, 8 euros a person. Let's talk about the hotel's facilities, clean, tidy, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, and even the toothbrush can be with the front desk. Every day, a bottle of water and a hot water bottle are available. Best of all, the hotel has a lot of restaurants on the way to the first intersection and then left to the three intersections. There are many local restaurants, and there is a 40 pizza e Cucina restaurant Pizza and Pasta. Almost all locals. There is a dessert shop next door, and its opposite side has an inconspicuous small food store (three local old mothers) to produce food is very recommended! By the way, their beds and pillows are very comfortable, perfect for a comfortable night after a night of shopping. Of course, because there is a convenient tram in front of the hotel, there is a tram sound through the road, but there will be no car at night. There is also a bathtub when taking a bath. The glass door is relatively small and easy to splash out, but it can be avoided with caution, but the water is very large and the water temperature is very good. In short, it is the most comfortable of the four hotels we stayed in. In the area of RMB five or six hundred, this house facilities and the surrounding environment (oh, there is a big supermarket next to it, there is also a Carrefour express on the road), you can definitely give 5 points!

I´m not sure how it is like to stay at Ostelzzz for several nights, but I find it a very convenient solution for me who arrived around midnight in Milan, and already had leave from Milano Centrale by noon on the next day. I had a proper sleep for one night in a capsule. It really was a hostel, but with so much better privacy. Staffs were extremely kind and helpful. They gave me a welcome drink. Online check-in in advance made my actual check-in so much easier. Had everything I needed, incl breakfast, towel too. Clean and well-organized. Breakfast was simple, but more than good enough for me. I wouln´t hesitate to choose Ostelzzz next time.
