A very family friendly hotel. Amazingly attentive staff. Angela, Livia and Tizimo. The dining room offers a range of food on the evening menu. Waiters, Dominico, Micro and Chris were always busy with a full restaurant each evening but they remained efficient. The breakfast buffet was in a different lower floor dining room. A good range of breakfast, from continental to hot. A packed breakfast can be ordered in advance if you are up and out early. It was really substantial. There is a gym which is relatively small but has all that you need. It remains open during normal hours but you can collect the key from reception early or late. Angela and the hotel owner even joined our group for a commemorative dawn service for the Amazon Bridge 8th Anniversary. What wonderful staff!

Good hotel, overall very clean also the rooms were spotless, great views of the mountains and the monastery. reception staff were very helpful, restaurant staff also very friendly and hospitable, we were late back from a day trip and they ensured we did not go to bed on an empty stomach, even though the restaurant was closing for the night.

Not great. When we were there they had intentionally turned off the air conditioning for the entire hotel (without telling us; we thought it was broken and had to go ask at the front desk) because the “outside air was good enough.” When we couldn’t get the AC to work we attempted to call the front desk. And the phone didn’t work. We tried to put our drinks in the refrigerator… which was not cold. We saw it was unplugged, but there is no way to get to the plug since the fridge is bolted into the cabinet. When we went to the front desk to ask about all of the issues, the staff basically shrugged. So that was that. Given it was humid and a little warm, we didn’t sleep very well. Especially because you get flying bugs and mosquitos if you just leave the windows open. On the positive side, the breakfast was pretty good, especially for the price and the wait staff for breakfast were wonderful. Friendly and cheerful making sure they provided anything they could.

This is the place to stay in Cassino. Great staff, comfortable lounge with ample outdoor seating and updated bathrooms - many rooms with walk-in shower.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds. The staff here can’t do enough for you and go above and beyond what is expected. The only down side being the loud music coming from the leisure centre next door, but it didn’t go into the night and never disturbed my sleep. Would definitely stay here again. Don’t use the local taxis if you value your life, ours did 60 in a 30 and didn’t care for indication. Walked into town from that moment onwards.

Wanted to book for 7 nights but could only get 4, when we arrived we asked if there was any chance of extending our stay, Serena, at reception worked her magic and managed to get us the remaining 3 nights but we had to change rooms………to our shock we were moved to the bridal suite…….all we can say is WOW WOW WOW!, and THANK YOUUUUU to Serena, Angela and the rest of the team.

We have stayed at this property on many occasions to visit family near by. The hotel is well managed, the restaurant is excellent, and the service attentive and welcoming. There is a comfortable outdoor seating area to relax or enjoy a drink at any time of the day. The restaurant has daily specials for a pre fixe price. We will definitely return.

We stayed here for six nights and it was enjoyable. Rooms are good. Food was enjoyable though some members of our party thought not. Serving red wine very chilled is not a good idea, it is a bad mistake. Manuel the waiter is excellent and deserves a gold star. Check-out was a bit chaotic as they lost track of extras to be paid on departure. This caused delay and better organisation is needed.
