Don’t stay here. When you arrive you get presented with a list of things you have to pay for - including the swimming pool (£20 a day!!!), air conditioning (£10 a day!!!) and even the fridge! After waking up at 5am, having a long journey to get to the hotel including walking up a long, steep hill with no pavement, that was not the best way to be greeted. Rooms looked out onto a wall on one side or a big ugly derelict hotel on the other. Breakfast staff were rude, asking us to leave at 9.30 even though it was meant to continue till 10am. The croissants were the hotels only saving grace.

Bu otelde çok iyi konaklama. Personel çok misafirperver ve keyifli. Oda rahat ve tarif edildiği gibi.
Kahvaltı yeterli ve güzeldi.

Europa Stabia Hotel'deki deneyimlerimiz olağanüstüydü!
Neden?
1) Geç geldik ve otel sahibinin kızı sevgili Francesca, bizi hemen sorunsuz ve profesyonel bir şekilde deniz tarafına ve tesisin güzelce bakımlı ön girişine bakan yüksek seviyeli güzel bir odaya teslim etti.
2) Sabah, bizi evimizde hissettirmek için her şeyi yapacağını söyleyen otel sahibi sevimli Francesco tarafından güzel bir şekilde karşılandık ve öyle de yaptı (örneğin - paramparça telefon ekranı bir saat içinde onarıldı) indirim, 15 dakikada yapılan PCR testi, birkaç saat içinde e-postama cevap ve indirim, güzel tavsiyeler ve ipuçları vb... ve genel olarak harika bir gülümseme, pozitif enerji ve keskin zihin). 4 gecelik konaklama boyunca birinci sınıf hizmet aldık... Başlangıçta 3 gece yapmayı planlamıştık, ancak bir tane daha almaya karar verdik.
3) Pompeii ve Sorrento için otelin konumu mükemmeldi, ikisinin ortasında ve Positano'dan arabayla 40 dakika. Otelde park yeri mevcuttur (ek ücrete tabidir), ancak dışarıdaki sokakta çok sayıda park yeri vardır.. Francesco son gecemizde bize ücretsiz park yeri verme nezaketinde bulundu.
4) Tesisler, mülkler ve odalar süper temiz, her yerde harika bir koku var. Rahat yataklar ve büyük bir balkonumuz vardı, hatta banyoda bir küvet, iyi bir klima vardı. Otel, şezlonglar, yeşil çimenler ve sevgili Vincenzo tarafından sunulan kokteyller ile sevimli bir havuz alanına sahiptir. Herhangi bir ihtiyaç için bilgisayar istasyonu, restoran, basit ama taze ve nezih bir kahvaltı.

My self and my best friend went and stayed here such a warm nice feeling about the place ran by a family the cleaners were so good the food the people the views I will be back thanks so much for the kindness ever1 helped us so much we were made feel so welcome x

We had a lovely stay at Europa Stabia hotel, Francesco and his staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is spotless and our rooms were cleaned everyday, fresh towels and beds made up. Breakfast was lovely, seating outside. There is the noise from the traffic outside however having visited Castellammare last year we knew what to expect and you get used to it. The pool area and gardens are beautifully maintained and relaxing. The hotel is situated on a hill however the hotel offer a taxi service after a long day out. Also offer a shuttle service to train station. This was the perfect base for visiting Pompei, Sorrento & Positano. Would’ve loved to have stayed longer. We love Castellammare and Hotel Europa and will definitely return. We wish Francesco and the staff all the best and hope to see them again in the future. Kay & Bryan (208)

Honestly could not recommend this place enough. We arrived very late into the evening and the front desk still took all the time to make us feel safe and welcome (we have never travelled abroad before and were a bit worse for wear by the time we arrived). They even took our bags up to the room for us. Every member of staff was so attentive and friendly, nothing was too big of an ask. The room was so comfortable, huge beds that were changed every day. Sylvia and the rest of the cleaning team take such pride in their work, they leave the place absolutely spotless (they even tucked our teddies into bed and laid our pyjamas out for us) For the budget price we paid, we got such a luxurious experience. Yes, in comparison to the north of Italy, it's not as "glamorous", but these people have such pride in their home country and for good reason. The old buildings, the architecture, the life experiences that we have been able to have at such a reasonable price is something I will truly cherish for the rest of my life and I thank everyone at Europa Stabia Hotel for making it happen Grazie!

We enjoyed our week at Europa Stabia Hotel. It is very clean, the room was cleaned daily, our bed was comfortable and we were on the 4th floor and had an amazing view over the mountains, from the balcony. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful, they are an absolute asset to the hotel. The hotel has nice grounds, we didn't use the pool but the area all looked clean and it has a nice garden to sit in. It is in a residential area so does not have any restaurants or bars close by, but we loved that as it is not over run with tourists! However there are little local places that sell basics if you look for them. There are 2 different ways to walk to the town that we found, there is a hill to walk up on returning to the hotel, so for anyone with mobility issues this may be an issue, but there are taxis that run from town, and the hotel offer a service at certain times that is cheaper than a taxi. We found the location great as it was an easy walk to the train station, and easy to get to Naples or Sorrento, Pompeii, and Herculaneum. If we were to go back to the area we would love to stay in the hotel again.

Words can not express how lovely my stay at hotel Europa has been. All of the staff are absolutely amazing, kind, helpful and extremely friendly. I felt very well looked after during my stay. Silvia came into the room every day to clean, leaving our room spotless every time. The entire hotel is spotless and very pretty to look at. Meals in the restaurant were great and the restaurant staff even better. Comfortable beds. Lovely well maintained outdoor pool, perfect to cool off on a hot day or just sunbathe and relax. The surrounding area is full of character and I found the locals to be very pleasant. No complaints whatsoever. Grazie mille hotel Europa! ~ Fiona (208)

We were a school party of 50 students and staff. Francesco and his family greeted us with welcome drinks and was available for all our needs. The hotel is cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean with beautiful views from the balconies. It's located in a quiet and convenient area not far from Pompeii. The food and service was excellent and we look forward to returning next year.
