Staying here was one of the best decision we've ever made!! The hotel is beautiful!! Accessible to the train station which is only 16 minutes away walking. Theur breakfaat is delicious!! The staff is very nice. Their pool is beautiful and we loved the bar by it. I cant wait to come back with my kids next time. Beautiful views!! Thank you for helping my husband and i create unforgettable memories🙏

The hotel is situated on a mountain which is beautiful. The city is terrible: too much traffic and the center is ugly. The reception of the hotel is gorgeous! Our room was big but the bed was uncomfortable, the cover was dirty: bloodstains :(. The bathroom was poor: the toilet seat was broken, no room to leave your stuff, it was not very clean. The locker didn’t work. The pool was too small because they use it as a public for local families. Difficult to find a sunbed. The food at the restaurant was good. The personnel were very friendly. Some people at the reception desk were very unwillingly to help. We were there for 4 nights but we were glad to leave. The hotel and the area are not worth visiting. It’s not near a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was ok. It was so hot outside. The pool was always packed, The hotel was about 10-15 minute walk from the train and bus station. It is a dangerous walk with kids on a very busy road and difficult to cross the streets. There is no where to eat or buy water etc that is very close by. The hotel would be fine if you have a car. There is a very nice lady at the restaurant and also a very kind man at the restaurant that shows you your choices for the next nights meal. The wifi barely worked.

Considering low season, overall impression of hotel & service was fine.
The room was tidy with a specular view to the bay and Mt. Vesuvius in the background.
Since we arrived only at midnight, we only expirienced the (deserted) roof terrace in the morning, just before departure. Nice place !

First of all, the hotel isnt as it looks. The pool is full everyday with none hotel guest but people from the outside lots of kids lits of noise. Wouldnt recommend it if you want peace and quite. The parking ****** big time they had an event so they wanted the event guest to park at the hotel instead of the hotel guest, they really didnt care for the hotel guest and if they had a parking. The breakfadt is alot of cake and unhealthy as a pastry chef the cakes were not as you hear it dry and not eatable. Worth hotel experience i have ever had. Would not go back there or recommend it, they keep saying at the hotel when we complained for the price is good what you get, no no you cant use that as a argument.

l'hotel si presenta sporco. una mia amica ha trovato un rango nel letto e la stanza non è pulita abbastanza bene. la mattina successiva a una notte abbiamo chiesto di farci pulire la stanza mentre eravamo fuori camera. appena siamo tornati nella camere non abbiamo toccato nessun letto e la sera, quando abbiamo aperto il letto, una mia amica/compagna di stanza ha trovato dei pilucchi di polvere e capelli e varie sporcizie (anche in altri letti della stessa stanza). siamo scioccati. il cibo è abbastanza buono... non posso consigliarlo come hotel per quanta riguarda l'igene e la pulizia

Ho trascorso 5 giorni in questo hotel che visto da fuori è abbastanza bello e alcune parti comuni sono state rinnovate, purtroppo la camera che mi è stata assegnata era anni 60 con mobili non molto belli ed un bagno veramente d'epoca. Buona la colazione e molto meno la cena, vero che eravamo un gruppo però...i camerieri tranne uno veramente scortesi che ancora un po' ci lanciavano i piatti, mai un saluto o un sorriso, poi cosa che nonostante io abbia soggiornato in molti alberghi non avevo mai visto è la busta lasciata sul tavolo con scritto "Grazie" per l'eventuale mancia. non so se è un'usanza napoletana o solo di questo hotel ma siamo rimasti tutti senza parole. E' normale lasciare la mancia al personale, ma la busta sul tavolo è veramente una caduta di stile.
