Completely horrendous experience.. the food was terrible, and there were flies everywhere (also in the food). the rooms stank like ****, and there’s no power outlets near the bed. The facade looks like an awful motel in a small American city. Save the money, and use it on something you would enjoy instead. Absolutely not worth the money

The hotel entrance is not very impressive but once inside it is very pleasant, tastefully decorated and clean. Some areas are ageing just like some of its visitors but overall very happy that it matches its 3 star rating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast which was simple and nice. We were not able to use the outdoor facilities as it was raining heavily. It’s conveniently located for tram access to anywhere in the city and there are restaurants and bars and shops close by.

Protected and calm, with secure parking behind closed gates. Good restaurants and very pleasant team. Welcoming with pets. A great budget choice on our way back home.

Nous sommes venus pour voir un autre restaurant sur le quartier de l’aube rouge à CASTELNAU-le-lez mais surprise le restaurent à fermé . En repartant pour trouver un autre restaurant nous sommes tombés sur le restaurant de l’hôtel le clos de l’aube rouge. Qualité prix intéressant. Service agréable, terrasse ombragé. Adresse à retenir.

Arrivées avec mes filles le 11/05/24 à cet hôtel hé bien surprise pas d'eau chaude ! Et ce n'est pas la 1 ère fois quel honte ! Chambre pas agréable pas de savon dans la douche. Couverture poussiéreuse lit pas confortable ! Responsable pas agréable elle voulait avoir raison !

Nous sommes venus dans cet hôtel lors d'un voyage de groupe. Accueil très agréable, excellent dîner, chambre propre, petit déjeuner copieux... rien à redire sur cet établissement. Lors de notre arrivée sur place, et, c'est le seul petit bémol, l'emplacement. Cepedant l'environnement était très calme !
