Hotel Madonna

Of all the hotels I stayed all over the world, hotel Madonna has to be placed in the top three of my list of excellent hotels(the list is very long as you can see from the number of my reviews). The junior suite Harmony was great, with a very nice view, walk-in closet, spacious shower, small sitting area and a lovely balcony. Every morning, while we were having breakfast, the room was cleaned to a high standard by a very efficient young lady. Breakfast buffet was more that excellent, I will not list here all the choices as a long review is boring to the readers. Afternoon tea, with a choice of about 10 different cakes, was sampled only once, as the temptation would have been too great, which would then have spoiled my appetite at dinner. Dinner choices were very good with four courses and a salad buffet that was, in my opinion one of the best and should be considered as another dinner’s course. In fact all the food was very good and of high quality. All staff, without any exception, was very professional, polite, smiling and ready, at all time, to meet all ones needs. I can safely say, by experience, that many of the so called five stars “boutique” hotels in Caribbean have difficulty to rate as good as the Madonna, even if they have a butler’s service.

For celiacs or gluten intolerant people this is paradise from a food safety perspective. Two separate kitchens serve up the food so that you can enjoy the exact same dish at the same table - ‘regular’ made dish for us and gluten free for our kids that have celiac disease. The plates are clearly marked with a gluten free logo so there no mistakes made. Very clean hotel. Friendly service. Nice church and a small soccer field. The breakfast is nice but has A LOT of cake on it! The lunch packages were phenomenal and the dinner service extremely good. The only caveat would be that you can hear your neighbors in the hotel very easily. Buy yourself a pair of earplugs and enjoy this beautiful hotel. We would love to stay here again.

Very nice hotel with wonderful views. The food is very delicious and offered variety. They also had a great selection of wine. It’s very close to the main town, buses and supermarket. The spa is relaxing and offers saunas with a wonderful steam room and relaxation area. Their pool was very big and comfortable. We always looked forward to the spa after a long day on the slopes. We want to also say that Lena, our waitress was so charming! She made our trip here feel like home. She was truly one of the best parts of staying at hotel Madonna. Check in and check out was smooth and the woman attending us was very nice!

Ho appena trascorso una settimana in questa splendida struttura......abbiamo soggiornato in una junior suite harmony, camera bellissima con ottime finiture, ed una vista sul piccolo Scillar davvero spettacolare.....un plauso alla pulizia e all'insonorizzazione delle camere. Splendido il giardino con i lettini per prendere il sole, ottima la colazione con vasta scelta fra salato e dolce e con tutti prodotti di ottima qualità....cena ottima anche qui con vasta scelta e qualità molto alta......gentilezza e professionalità del personale....ringraziamo Raffaele che ci ha servito e consigliato per tutta la nostra vacanza.....grazie a Daniel e Maria proprietari dell'hotel, Daniel, che tutte le sere ci consigliava itinerari per il giorno seguente, e disponibile a scambiare due porale, Maria sempre gentile e professionale. Molto bella anche la piscina e la zona spa. Complimenti e grazie per averci fatto trascorrere una splendida settimana dove siamo stati coccolati e ci avete fatto veramente sentire in famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a tutti questa struttura.....

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 4 giorni con mio marito, nostro figlio di 2 anni e mezzo e i miei genitori. Pernottavamo in due junior suite: la nostra con splendida vista sullo Sciliar, mentre quella dei miei genitori con vista sul bellissimo paese di Castelrotto. Entrambe le stanze erano davvero eccellenti, curate nell’ arredamento e con tutti i confort necessari: cabina armadio, doccia spaziosissima, piccolo salottino ed un fantastico terrazzo con sedie e tavolino per godersi il panorama. Outdoor curatissimo e spa intima ma con tutto ciò che serve. Quello che ci ha colpito di più è stato il clima accogliente e famigliare che caratterizza tutto lo staff: dai padroni di casa Maria e Daniel, ai ragazzi di sala Giulia, Andrea e Raffaele! La cucina superlativa: buffet vario e di qualità, portate a cena curate nell’impiattamento e con impronta quasi da ristorante gourmet! In aggiunta a tutte queste note positive è la cura dei dettagli: partendo dalle pulizie della stanza dove la signora ogni giorno ci faceva trovare sculture diverse con teli e asciugamani, barattolo di marmellata fatto da loro come presente per il ritorno, piccolo giornale del giorno dell’hotel, colori e piccoli giochini diversi ogni sera per nostro figlio. Nonostante sia un hotel con clientela tendenzialmente di coppie adulte, ci siamo sentiti perfettamente a nostro agio! La perfezione totale sarebbe avere a disposizione dei più piccoli uno spazio a loro dedicato in giardino; tuttavia questo non ha influenzato minimamente il nostro splendido soggiorno! Sicuramente ritorneremo!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen im Hotel Madonna. Schon der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Man hat sich von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen ließen keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Besonders die Besitzerfamilie war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Warmherzigkeit der Familie war stets zu spüren. Wir haben uns Super wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Nochmals Danke für eine unvergessliche Woche.

Im Juni waren wir zum ersten Mal in Hotel Madonna in Kastelruth und wir haben es keine Sekunde bereut. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite gebucht, welche sehr groß und in einem Top Zustand war, super sauber, Zimmerservice zweimal pro Tag. Mitarbeiter und Besitzer sind super freundlich, immer gut gelaunt und sehr kompetent. Die Tipps für Ausflüge etc. waren allesamt sehr gut. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist überragend, die Auswahl der Speisen außergewöhnlich, optisch und geschmacklich ist das aller höchstes Niveau. Viele Ausflüge können direkt ab Hotel oder in der Nähe starten. Das Auto stand während der 5 Tage fast vollständig in der Tiefgarage, was will man mehr?

Ho soggiornato una settimana all’hotel Madonna con il mio compagno e la nostra bimba di tre anni. Ottima struttura con camere spaziose, pulite e ben insonorizzate. Posizione a 5 minuti di camminata dal centro di Castelrotto. A 200 metri dall’hotel piccolo impianto di risalita con ski-lift. Ambiente familiare e cordiale. Professionalità e gentilezza di tutto lo staff, dalla sala ristorante alla reception fino ai proprietari, sempre sorridenti. La cucina è veramente ottima, molto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Piatti leggeri ma molto gustosi, ben presentati, grande varietà e fantasia dello chef (c’è sempre scelta tra carne/pesce/vegetariano). Molte attenzioni rivolte anche ai bambini, con un menù dedicato vario e ricco e qualche sorpresina a cena (colori, piccoli giochini).La zona piscina è curata ed ampia, poco affollata, il relax è assicurato.Consigliatissimo!!!

Ho soggiornato a cavallo di Capodanno 2024 per una settimana. Hotel molto curato e nuovo, camere molto ampie e zona wellness graziosa e ben tenuta. Cibo ottimo, buona la colazione e i succhi alle mele da loro prodotti, ma il punto ulteriore di forza dell'hotel è la gentilezza dei proprietari e del personale, tutti carinissimi e disposti ad aiutare in qualunque frangente. Servizio navetta per la Cabinovia Alpe di Siusi su prenotazione super efficiente ( in ogni caso si trova parcheggio anche in auto). Ottimo il buffet di torte après-ski. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglio vivamente!
