Hotel Rosa Eco Alpine Spa Resort

We have never experienced such a level of comfort and hospitality as we did at Hotel Rosa. Our stay was incredibly successful, and every detail was perfectly arranged, making us feel truly special. The room we stayed in was not only tidy but also cozy, allowing us to unwind and relax from the moment we arrived. The entire hotel exudes cleanliness and elegance, further enhancing our satisfaction with the stay. The spa area was a true haven for our senses. Not only could we rejuvenate our bodies and minds there, but also enjoy moments of relaxation in beautiful and tranquil surroundings. However, it is the hotel restaurant that deserves special recognition. Dinners served in the beautiful setting were not only delicious but also a true culinary delight. The chef surprised us with extraordinary creativity and talent in composing dishes, making each meal exceptional. The greatest asset of the hotel, however, is its staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication made us feel at home from the very first moment. Their attention to the smallest details and willingness to help made our stay even more special. We have visited this hotel many times and were always very satisfate! Great location, from rooms are beautiful views over Dolomity, rooms are comfortable with jacuzzi in bathroom. Food is high quality and very delicious, great range of food, gala dinner with seafood delicacies was excelente. Unforgettable infinity pool! Very polite croatian and slovakian emloyees.

It’s hard to write a hotel review when the property quite simply does everything right. From the welcome to the goodbye a week later, the Rosa exceeded our expectations again and again in very way. Everyone was gracious and helpful, perhaps none more so than Chef Alberto, who with his team produced and served a level of food quality we’ve not seen in a long time in a hotel. He attended to my wife’s food allergies personally in such an outstanding way that he alone made the trip worthwhile. An amazing hotel worthy of the highest of ratings.

This was a second "experience" with Michaela, Karolina and the entire superb team. 'Experience' aptly describes a stay at Rosa because there is an aura and an esprit that embody guest comfort and commitment to exceed expectations. Four years to the day we settled into the same spacious room (9), which afforded a world-class, stunning view of the Dolomites massif towering over the lovely town of Alpe di Siusi. It's Monument Valley Italian style. Yes...that good. The dining was (happily) the same - overly ample, farm to table fresh, served by a top-notch staff. Kudos to Peter, Lukas, Danieli and the entire kitchen staff. As a surprise I arranged one of our dinners in Rosa's "space capsule" - you have to see to believe - for the ultimate in private dining. (Note: There is a $urplus to go galatic but in the "once one a lifetime" vein....what the heck! Rosa is the spa aficionado's nirvana, the hiker's heaven, the skier's powdery paradise. Plus for the imbiber it boasts one of the darkest/coolest bars anywhere. Four years on the Team at Hotel Rosa have been able to maintain a consistency of "Guest...first and foremost."

This place was fabulous. My husband and I stayed at 3 different hotels during our recent trip to Italy (northern Italy, Milan, lake Como) and this place was by far our favorite. You cannot beat the scenery. Every day you wake up and see the scenery - that other hotel don’t have, this place is perfectly situated!!! And - Karolina!!! SHE WAS A DREAM!!! She made our stay as magical as it was. It was like having a personal guide. I cannot imagine our stay without her help and expertise. Do yourself a solid and stay here.

We have visited this hotel each winter for years now, because it is so great. The food is excellent, and after a day of skiing in the almost always sunny Alpe di Susi, this is a perfect place to enjoy the Indoor and Infinity pool, as well as the Jacuzzi with a great view of the mountain "Schlern." The hotel is great for adults as well as families.

It was our second time in the Hotel Rosa. Gabloner family and the team, especially Karolina, and restaurant workers have done everything to make us feel at home. Excellent location, clean facilities, conformable bed, tasty food! I cannot wait to comeback next December again and spend Christmas and my birthday there. Tatiana and Jeff

Excellent hotel with excellent location, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Karolina, she made our trip more interesting with her advice & tips for our outdoor adventure. And dinning in this magnificent place beats out many of upscale restaurants we have visited. We would recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Il soggiorno in questo bellissmo hotel è stato fantastico: ottimo cibo e servizio in sala, camere sempre pulite. Molto bella la piscina sia esterna ( veduta sullo Sciliar) ,sia interna. Un particolare ringraziamento va a Karolina per la sua cortesia e disponibilità.
