Travelodge Swansea Central

Missed the simple things like a bath mat, a non slip mat to use while showering and drinking glasses available in the room. Bed was okay, a little creaky and “well used”

Great location and good value. Car park nearby £5 for 24 hours Rooms clean with tv and bathroom Staff seemed pleasant

The bed was dirty - things were smeared on the side of it, not very nice. The bath was slippery and I got bruising from slipping over while trying to climb in. I reported this death trap bath to the front desk - they noted it needed non-slip coating reapplying, but never asked if I was ok. The soap dispensers for both the hand basin and shower were empty. Overall there's just better places to stay for the money - it wasn't even that cheap.

Very central, helpful staff just what we were looking for in a central hotel. Our room was clean and a very well stocked tea and coffee tray. Nothing to add at the breakfast menu, all very clean and well presented. Yes I would stay here again

Great value for staying with Two small dogs.(+ £40) This nice hotel is in a central location with nearby carpark (+£5, 24hrs). Some small negatives: Upgraded to 24hr Wifi for room, but given a code that can only be used by one occupant/device. Stated that food/snacks available up to 10pm, however, the kitchen was closed at 9.30. (Can't go to local restaurant with dogs). Extractor in bathroom did not work, so all steamed up!! A little noisy as had to have window open due to no air con controls. Seagulls on nearby roof, church bells and chimes 24hrs. Would still recommend as a night stay with pets.

The location is closely located to the main city and easy accessible to nearby areas. Parking was just round the corner. The morning staff were welcoming and breakfast was great. The room that i stayed was big enough for a family of four. I would say a basic setting and caters well to one's need.The only issue i had was with the lift which worked only going up and not cominig down. I was on the 5th floor so that was a bit exhausting. Overall enjoyed my short stay.

Travel lodge what can you say ?. It's a travel lodge. Beds are nice shower is nice. But the staff downstairs are amazing. Rachel in particular. Had a few problems she dealt with them like there's no tomorrow. Lovely staff. Would stay again. 😁

Fantastic experience at this Travelodge - from Housekeeping to Reception, just exceptional and they work tirelessly to ensure guests are comfortable - the staff here are an absolute credit to Travelodge, highly recommend as so convenient for public transport and exploring too! xx
