The only 2 lifts were not in service at the same time. Luckily the staffs there were pretty helpful. However, they accidentally charged me an extra cost though the amount of money was returned eventually but I hope that similar things won’t happen to other customers in the future
Rooms were spacious!👍🏻

酒店房間大，設施該有的都有，員工熱情，入住期間電梯經常維修，要走樓梯。旁邊有很多飯店餐飲，超市也不遠。遊艇碼頭走路距離。綜合來説，性價比很高。

Centrally positioned in Swansea. Close parking. Excellent breakfast and really helpful staff throughout.

The room was very good, larger than we expected. It was also quiet, as we were on the second floor and the window faced onto a back street. The location is handy to both the bus and train stations. The only drawback was that the wifi can be a bit slow, presumably when everyone else at the hotel is using it too.

rooms are either musky and damp smelling or have a bathroom that smells of strong urine. the restaurant area is very small and hardly had any breakfast choices left even though we were within the time frame

Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was perfect. We will definitely return
