The Park Plaza in Cardiff is ideally listed close to shops, restaurants and attractions, all within walking distance. The service offered at the Park Plaza was excellent, as were the amenities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices each morning, with an additional option of room service. The Park Plaza also offers guests the use of their gym and pool, which were both lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Park Plaza Cardiff.

很好的入住體驗，房間夠大，景色怡人，地理位置優越，離卡迪夫大學步行15-20分鐘左右，早餐非常豐盛，酒店設備裝修都還不錯，總統很滿意，性價比較高，下次來還會選擇。

必須全部5分！酒店位置極佳，城堡、QUEEN St近在咫尺，出門公交車站！早餐豐富，典型的歐洲大陸風格，就是青菜有點少了。。。肉食動物們趕緊沖吧！哈哈😆

The Hotel itself was good with good leisure facilities which had friendly staff. My real disappointment was that it never indicated that there was no parking on-site. I had to use an NCP over the road which after the 'token' hotel guest discount cost me approx £50 for 2 nights parking! And I parked from around 7pm until 8am. If I knew this I would have booked elsewhere. The food was average but priced for a 'better' hotel. Cooked breakfast was only just warm and the evening meal was bland. You'll find somewhere better and be made to feel more welcome i;m sure. I won't return.

Arrived at 5pm, needing to rest, having booked a Superior Room. Unfortunately, "Winter Wonderland" was in full swing immediately outside, as well as the tv not working. Reception said the fair would finish at 10pm and that it wasn't a problem for other guests.
We asked to be moved and were downgraded, but away from the noise. The heating did not function. At 7pm, we were finally moved to another room, which was satisfactory. Two hours wasted - we could not even use the pool, or spa by this time. Reception kindly offered to refund the £10 price difference on the room we were eventually allocated.
In the morning, we arrived early for breakfast. We waited in the doorway as instructed, and waited some time before we were seated. The continental breakfast was quite pleasant, but the cooked breakfast, on the other hand, was terrible. Nothing appeared to be freshly cooked, even though we were amongst the first in the dining room. Bacon was like cardboard, the sausages were overcooked and tasteless, and the eggs were like rubber (and when I checked the menu, they were supposed to be cooked to order).
Had I not prepaid for our stay, i would have refused to pay when checking out.
Staff didn't seem to care. We were told "sorry".
4 stars - absolutely not in my book.

The overnight stay was to celebrate my husbands birthday. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed with a few things. Despite the room being very clean, it definitely needs updating. The room was very spacious but not very modern.
Breakfast was very busy so we had to wait. This was not a problem for us though. Tea snd coffee arrived after we’d finished our breakfast. The tea snd coffee weren’t very nice at all but the breakfast was lovely.

Excellent stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Lovely breakfast and definitely worth the extra cost.
Parking was expensive at the NCP, which is the only thing I'd have changed.

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed here as a it was gift for her birthday, she said that the hotel was beautiful and the room was lovely. This hotel is a lot more luxurious than others and worth the money for a treat. She said she would definitely stay again and is highly recommended.
