Beautiful newly opened hotel with very nice staff providing excellent service!
We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point.
The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed.
Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

Very nice hotel. The rooms are luxurious and the beds are very comfy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They gave great tips for our planned day trips and organised a scooter for us that was delivered to the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice. 15 minutes walk to Cat Co 3 beach and many restaurants arround. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing new hotel with the most comfortable beds we've ever had in a hotel. Is a surprise package with very attentive staff and lots of little bonus gifts and freshly made breakfast menu, rather than buffet. Unique approach and decorations and close to great local and western food restaurants. Wish we could have stayed for longer!

Booked the moon suite with bay view for our honeymoon. Decor was lovely and the room was nicely furnished. Service was impeccable as the staff provided several itinerary recommendations and took care of us. The complimentary breakfast was generous and always starts off with a fruit platter. However, the cooked food can generally be improved. All in all, a lovely stay and a fond memory!

Great service. Friendly staff. This small hotel has only two rooms per floor, allowing for a more personal experience. Great care went into the decor and staff was always available. Save extra effort by staying at the Moon Boutique and booking tours with their company, Cat Ba Ventures.

Moon Hotel in Cat Ba was one of the best, if not the best, hotel we stayed in in Vietnam. Everybody was eager to make our stay memorable and it wasn't put on. They genuinely cared about the people staying with them. They arranged for a cake to be delivered for my sister's birthday so we could celebrate at midnight. The price for the cake and delivery was very reasonable. They also surprised her with a birthday cake and greetings at breakfast. It was really heart-warming. The rooms and amenities were exceptional. It tempted guests just to stay inside and have a great staycation.

By far one of the best stays in my month long travel here in Vietnam between multiple cities and regions. This hotel is brand new and everything reflects it. The bathrooms and rooms are luxurious. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast was delicious every morning. More importantly the staff was amazing. They handheld us through checkin throughout our stay until we left. We were taken care of so well. As part of the hotel, they had a tour booking office which helped us book all our activities and car service with discounts. We woke up late and had to be ready to leave for our day cruise and they even called to the dining room to pack us our breakfast to take with us. That is 5 star service! We were given fabulous advice on where to go during our stay as well. Location was right on the Main Street so within walking distance to all stores and restaurants and short walk to the beach. Definitely a 5 star stay.
