Phục vụ quá tệ

Unless you enjoy being in creepy place, don't go there. We booked a dome for a night and it was a pure scam. The dome was dirty, the windows were not clean since a few months min, we could barely see through them. We arrived at 1PM and the room was not ready before 2:30PM even if the hotel seems completely empty. No one is speaking english so you can't get any information or ask anything. While waiting for the room we had no choice to go to the hotel restaurant because the hotel is far from everything : on google maps it does not look far but they are charging 300k VND for a return trip to the city which is 5km away from the hotel. The restaurant is a huge canteen for mass local tourism, as the hotel, where you can choose a unique menu for the full table. Tables are for 10 people min, dirty dishes are left on empty tables, tablecloths on tables ready for new guests are full of holes, dirt, crumbs, chairs are all rusty, toilets are dirty and clogged, no toilet paper. For the dome also, toilets were clogged, even after hotel intervention. Lamps were broken, door could not close properly, no safe in the room. The website pictures must have been taken 10 years ago and nothing has been maintained since. The price is absolutely not on par with the quality and the rating they are claming on websites. Everything looks worn and old, unless you like creepy experience, don't waste your money and avoid this hotel.

Dorm sạch sẽ, tiện nghi hơn cả khách sạn thành phố, có dây sạc điện thoại, máy xông tinh dầu, view từ dorm đẹp tuyệt vời, bữa ăn tối hoành tráng được phục vụ tận dorm. Toàn bộ nhân viên resort rất thân thiện, tốt bụng và chuyên nghiệp. Phòng ở khá cũ, không được nâng cấp thường xuyên. Cách âm không tốt. Cảnh quan xung quanh không được đầu tư kỹ lưỡng. Đồ ăn mắc và ít, không xứng với giá tiền. Nhân viên thái độ phục vụ không chuyên nghiệp. Sai sót trong quá trình tính bill cho khách. Làm phiền khách.
