Clean, cosy room with external bathroom and simple breakfast in the city centre of Catania. There is a possibility to late check in. Everything was fine and mini as its name says :) Thank you for the services.

The hotel is dissapointing. Has a good location and wifi, but unfortunately it is very dirty. Location is very good, close to the Piazza del Duomo. Parrarel to the main street. Contactless check in and check out. Good wifi connection. Dirt everywhere - dusty floors, dust in the bathroom, dirty sink and toilet. Rust in the shower. Paint peeling from the wall in the bathroom. View from the window (room nr 1). Dirty wall from coffee. Dirty coffee machine. I contacted with the customer service via WhatsApp and I was told I can try another room, which bathroom condition was disguisting as well. I decided to stay in the one I was check in already. They have told me that they have scheduled deep cleaning for winter (I was staying there in September).

I really wanted to enjoy this hotel/bed & breakfast but I cannot recommend to anyone. I've waited a week before writing this review - I booked through ******* who funnily enough won't let me write a review...is it because there are known problems I only stayed 1 night out of 3 without any goodwill refund! There was no welcome checkin ust call a number and send over your passport info in exchange for a pass code to gain entry - very impersonal - also told to leave tourist taxes money on the side in my room (not likely as no receipt!) The place is clean but it's also very dark the room has ensuite but the step is double the normal (building regulations) height which is dangerous for anyone well or afflicted in anyway there was Breakfast food in the room but only coffee and water to drink no tea! There is a TV which dominates the room but worst of all the bed faces the door so your feet point outwards to the door VERY BAD sleeping position and finally the door handle came away in my hand on arrival prior to even entering the room! BUT this was fixed before bedtime. I cannot recommend this place to anyone - I expect the owner who had other matters to tend with instead of welcoming guestswas happy to meet me on my departure but reluctant to refund the remaining two days stay which is understandable as it was booked through ******* whom I do not trust anymore as they don't vet their properties so whats the point! There needs to be someone to welcome guests -there needs to be light in the place to make it welcoming and the bed position needs to be reviewed and most importantly the step to the ensuite is danpgerously high. I wish I didn't have to say all this but its true. I see that previous reviewers of this place have endured the owner wrath in response - but I'd like to say take the reviews as an opportunity to learn and improve the property not as a personal attack.

Il B&B minihome risulta accogliente già dall'ingresso in quanto si apre un fantastico welcoming con area coffe ben arredata. La stanza risulta super pulita ed all'avanguardia anche in termini di impianto TV. Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile e si presta con il massimo della cordialità. La posizione situata nel cuore di Catania è magnifica in quanto permette di essere già sulla Via Etnea (via principale di Catania) ed avere tutti i comfort e di poter accedere a tutti i locali principali della movida catanese senza la necessità di utilizzo di alcun mezzo nonché uno dei punti più vicini per raggiungere le zone di mare in soli 10 minuti di auto. L'ho subito consigliato a numerosi amici e sarà il mio punto di riferimento per ogni esigenza.

Self check in comodissimo, posizione centrale. Macchinetta del caffè in camera, e frigo con l'imbarazzo della scelta, fra succhi, latte e yogurt, tutto gratis, torneremo sicuramente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.Bel posto.

Camera con un bel design, moderno e pieno di piante. Ho apprezzato il tavolo in stile industrie e la comodità della macchinetta del caffè e mini frigo. Self check in ideale per chi arriva in tarda serata. Disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff.
