No food available nearby. The pool restaurant had short hours and the front desk told us hours were longer on checkin

The front desk employees were very helpful and courteous. They provided us with a list of restaurants, shopping and groceries in the area and answered any questions we had. In addition to having a full kitchen, we had access to a bbq just outside of our building. The 2 pools are well maintained and heated. This is a place I would definitely go back to.

Property on flight path to airport, noisy but mostly during the day but increased starting around 6 am. Ice maker in fridge didn’t work but nice resort.

Excellent upgrades (2024) recently to parking, landscaping, brand new fitness equipment, friendly staff, daily garbage removal, weekly room cleaning/changeover, pool area very clean, reasonably prices, family atmosphere, huge bathroom towels, plenty of pool towels. Overall, very well run. Great, relaxing vacation just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs with all its amenities. No negatives.

I enjoyed how spacious the suite was, large living/dining/kitchen area. Property was quiet, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location was only a few minutes drive to restaurants & shopping etc.
Cleanliness of the suite could be improved.

First time staying in Palm Springs for a concert and was looking for something comfortable and big enough for my family. Super nice, cute and quiet location. I loved our room since it was so cozy. I recommend staying here 10/10!

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The rooms were extremely clean and we loved the pool area! Cannot wait to come back!

Convenient location with plenty of parking close to room. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to airport, restaurants, hiking trails. Small full kitchen with in-suite laundry. Room dated and worn with noisy ice maker and minor toilet issue. Hotel on flight path for PSP airport, so noisy during day. To improve safety, should add key/fob access to hall entry doors. Housekeeping schedule unknown and inconsistent.

Great location, very clean, very quiet, great pool area. Our disappointment was that the lights and fan came on in the bedroom at random, including during the night. Two separate service people came. They fixed it such that the fan did not come on randomly but the light still did. As such we were awoken several times each night when the light would come on. When checking out and pointing this out so that the next guests did not have to experience this, all we go was ...."sorry". Though we did not ask for any compensation, none was offered. Also, the food at the pool bar was totally overpriced for what you got. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and assuming that they will fix their electrical problems, we would recommend this resort.
