Dungimmon House

Stay here for a night in June, very good choice, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and a good selection to choose from. Coffee machine in the guests sitting room, so good coffee, made a big difference Will definitely stay here again.

An excellent location for those visiting the north of Ireland as well across the border in Northern Ireland. We found Dungimmon House so appealing that we came a second time several days after our initial stay. The property and house are well-cared for and plenty of room for parking. Also, the French toast for breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Great breakfast and location. Our hosts John and Grainne were so welcoming and hospitable. Ideal location for exploring Marble Arch Caves, Cuilcagh Mountain ('Stairway to Heaven'), and for people who enjoy visiting castles and lakes you are spoiled for choice. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we were very happy with the facilities. Overall, would highly recommend Dungimmon House and would return!

We stayed at Dungimmon House for two wonderful days. Exceptional hospitality, lovely friendly hosts with gorgeous house in beautiful surroundings. Stones throw from Slieve Russell Hotel and the golf course etc. Dungimmon is top notch with spotless bedrooms and a hearty Irish breakfast. Thanks to Grainne and John for a super stay. !

On first impressions our room looked nice. As we were heading out for the evening, we did not discover the following until the next morning. The shower was too hot & knob for adjusting the water temperature was stuck. The tv would not switch on even though it was plugged into a live socket, & the toilet when flushed would not remove all the waste. The breakfast was good & we had sufficient to eat. The bed was comfortable & we slept well. The lighting in the en-suite could have been better & the mirror needed a ***** light over it . All in all , we would not return to this premises.

My Husband& i stayed one night.We were given a very small bedroom at the end of a corridor.Very small bed,no more than 4ft wide.Great difficulty accessing bed from inside as was very close to the wall.Scanty Furniture. Definately only suitable for 1 person.

Stayed 2 nights 2 & 3 May. Excellent B&B and beautiful gardens. Rooms are spotless and bed so so comfortable. Very peaceful area with no traffic noise. John and Grainne were really great hosts and breakfast was really tasty. Deffo stay again.

I have stayed at Dungimmon House on a number of occasions over the last few years. Visits were always to see my mother who lived near here, and was always because she was ill in hospital. This latest visit was due to my mother passing away. I cannot recommend this B&B more highly. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, breakfast from local fresh ingredients and always delicious. But what sets this apart from other B&Bs in the area in my opinion is Grainne and John. They are truly the most welcoming hosts, prepared to do anything for you. However on this visit (my second this year) which was to be with my dying mother, Grainne and John’s kindness and generosity showed no limits. Without them showing their care as they did this visit that saw me lose my mother, would have been so much more lonely. Grainne even came out of her way to bring me things I needed (and didn’t realise I’d need) to the hospital. Anyone choosing this B&B will not be disappointed and I guarantee will want to return. I have no real train to return to Ireland now my mother had passed away but I will return to visit the area just to stay at the B&B and catch up with Grainne and John.

This B&B is beautiful inside and out. The interior staircase is amazing. Our hosts John and Grainne were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was large, and very comfortable, with beautiful linens and comforters on the bed. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The breakfast area was very large and very well stocked, and tea and coffee could be had day and night. Highly recommend this B&B
