Boutique Hotel Villa Pattiera

A wonderful small hotel - 12 rooms, taking personal care of all guests. With my daughter we had a good-sized twin-bedded room with balcony - to our delight, overlooking the harbour. The room and en-suite bathroom were spotlessly clean, the beds (especially pillows) the most comfortable hotel ones we've ever known! The breakfast was a very well provided buffet (we couldn't manage the cooked option, rather to the disappointment of the kind waitress), and they carefully prepared gluten-free toast for us. (Rooms have a kettle, very useful.) Very nice beach towels were provided, and the beach is less than 10 minutes walk along the (flat!) promenade. We took a boat to Dubrovnik one day - about an hour each way; a great day out, but we also enjoyed coming home to Cavtat's gentler pace of life. The hotel has a restaurant just opposite, with a good dinner menu - fish is excellent. We ate there every night, and they offered a 10% reduction as we were staying at the hotel! All the staff were very helpful and kind, really wanting us to enjoy our stay. It was our first time in Croatia; we'd love to return - to this hotel :-)

We first came to Villa Pattiera in 2013 and it's still as lovely and charming. Michaela has been at the hotel since 2008 and she always has a warm and welcoming smile. Martina did a first class job on sorting our accommodation last minute. Our room de luxe double was perfect very comfortable bed great shower and bathroom all very spacious with a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea. Nina who served us a delicious breakfast every day was also delightful very engaging and friendly. This hotel is in a perfect spot for everything the bars restaurants the boat trips couldn't be in any better location. Even though it's central we had no disturbance and our sleeps on the best bed was faultless. A perfect stay we will be back

Very quaint 12 bedroom hotel. We didnt book until last minute so didn't have a choice of room and had a double right at the top of the building. There's is no lift so stairs not good if you are infirm although we are both in our seventies but just took our time and staff helped with luggage. Beautiful little resort perfect to just wander around and enjoy little bars and fabulous restaurants. What a lovely country.
