Great hotel unfortunately full of kids and games by the pool . No adult area to relax . Beautiful sunset on the beach., good breakfast. Clean rooms

Went with some worries because of previous reviews but happily surprised once there. Food standard AI, decent enough. Drinks hit and miss- beer ok, cocktails ok, soft drinks ok other than the cola. Room was great- we had superior sea view and the view was outstanding. Quite a small room but more than adequate for us and our 8 year old. Be advised no irons in hotel- can pay for maid service but better off packing a travel iron. Same for kettles (we knew this before hand so took a travel kettle). All in all great base to explore the beautiful local area and only 45 min boat ride over to Dubrovnik if needed

Be really clear on your expectations on your holiday booking here, it’s a good three star hotel, the drinks are LOCAL (spirits and soft drinks if you at spying you ge t served with international drink standards which is more than fine), the food is LOCAL with things suitable or UK / children’s taste, the hotel is older but clean with a high quality lobby area. The view is spectacular, mainly at night, it’s well located at Cavtat, to get to old town Dubrovnik. If you expect Hilton, it’s not for you, if you want a budget hotel, you will be more than happy. Staff service is fine. Don’t expect OTT USA staff style hospitality. Entertainment is fine, above what you would expect for 3 star. We travelled with TUI, transfer and rep service is great standard. For a budget holiday, you get exactly what you pay for. Just understand why some reviews are lower, some individual expectations are fantasy for the money.

A very good 3* hotel. The receptionist was friendly and informative. Our room wasn’t huge but big enough for two of us for a week. Beds were very comfortable, good showers and all very clean. Great to have a safe and even better that it’s free. Lovely views of the sea and Dubrovnik in the distance. The town of Cavtat was a short easy walk away and lovely to wander in - great ice cream shop which was much cheaper than in central Dubrovnik. Food was very good, lots of choice at breakfast and dinner with some items cooked fresh in front of you. Fresh cooked pizza was nice but some nights the tomato sauce seemed to be ketchup. We were amazed to have free juice, pop, wine & beer for dinner when not on all inclusive. The waiting staff cleared tables promptly. I wonder if problems other guests had was due to high season volumes of guests? I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, views, pools, beach, staff, beds and food. It’s a good 3 star with some great additional features that you would pay for in other hotels.

5 star views and great location Hotel communal area clean and modern Rooms kept clean daily Room safety 0 - my 3 year old could open room door and balcony door no additional lock so we had to barricade it to avoid that and be extra careful with that . Staff friendly Drink - wine and beer ok , everything else not so great ie cocktails sickly coffee not good Food - always cold but not awful ok for a pit stop for a few days wouldn’t be happy with a week of it Great for a pit stop if you want to save money and hopping the islands does the job and wasn’t awful :)

For a 3 star hotel, it’s a nice place to stay. The receptionist Snjezana was friendly and very helpful. We rented a car hire for cheap from our hotel with no deposit and because it was a good experience, we then hired a boat for the day (25 mins from the hotel). - Food is good. - Alcohol is what you’d expect for a 3 star. - Room with the balcony is nice. - Great views from the hotel including sunset. - Clean hotel. The cleaner kept our room nice and clean. The hotel shop and the jet skis prices were abit high, as it was €55 for 15 mins for a jet ski. I can imagine if they brought their prices down they would get more business.
