The room was small and fairly dated but it had everything you need. microwave, refrigerator. decent shower. comfortable bed, desk to work on table to sit at. The staff was very very friendly.

Very friendly host and room has country town theme decoration to feel welcomed. Not exactly sure if they have different size room. the bed is probably a little bit small for guests who are accustomed to Queen and Cal King size bed, but it is good for us (5'2", 125 lbs). Very well organized room that has microwave, refrigerator, TV, writing desk and cute breakfast table and chair. They have BBQ pit and picnic tables. Central location and Easy to explore the town. The host accommodate us for earlier check-in and that was very helpful for us.
Will come back if we will back to Cayucos. Great value.

The room was nice and large. The bed was very comfortable so we slept well. It had night stands on both sides of the bed!!! It’s an older hotel so we had a bit of a challenge finding enough outlets to get our devices charged. We carry a cube of USBs for charging but there was only 1 outlet in the room that accepted a 3-prong plug. Our only complaint is that the WiFi was shaky and not very strong.

This hotel is older and smelled a little musty, but it was clean. The upstairs rooms has a kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms but no real sitting area other than the small kitchen table. The lobby is only staffed for a few hours a day, but there is a phone number to call for service, which was very friendly.

Loved this quaint (but yes outdated), quiet motel. Room was small but clean, everything in working order. Easy walk to beach, pier and restaurants

Very small room. The room smelled like a cleanser. Not good. Carpet and bathroom seemed clean. Lots of wood. Few places to put luggage off the floor.

The place was great. It was the perfect space for two of us. I only put a star down in general because the room we got was not what it looked like in the pictures. We still enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone.

Nice folks. Quick responses to questions. Charming place. Will happily stay there again if available. Just one minor thing: could not adjust volume on tv with remote or buttons on tv itself. One attempt worked. After that, nothing. We are not good lip-readers.
